Neg PI from heat?

Neg PI from heat?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using a rice sock with great success for my heating needs.

Perhaps my tolerance for heat is getting higher, but I did a normal warm up/ 6min jelq/ warm down last night, and today have shrinkage.

Has anyone ever had a negative PI from heat (overheating?), or do I need to analyze other aspects?

I dont see the relation just from that warm up / down.
If you do 6min jelq everyday and you are fine and you added heat and suddenly you are not fine..then maybe..

Its possible that through heat your level of intensity needed goes down.
When you do the same intensity without heat with heat the strain on the tissue can be bigger.

So I dont think the heat itself can be the reason for neg PI.

Sometimes my dick shrinks and loses reactivity after using heat on it although I don’t use high temperature.

I always heat up/down, so that wasn’t the new factor. I didn’t even pre-stretch. Perhaps too much time off (5 days), and then wearing an ADS for 4 hours?

Yes. Sometimes even two days off means to me I have to start very slow or else I get blood spots and other neg PI ‘s.
But needing les intensity to have areaction is always good. (we arent doing bodybuilding)
