Hi guys,
Have you always had a strong morning wood in the period of time you were gaining? (especially girth)

What if i don’t wake up with a strong erection but i don’t have any other particular bad PI’s?

I have always had good morning boners. If I don’t have them, I know I am going overboard.

Erect kegels and towel raises following a PE routine for mornjng wood and better EQ. Worked for me.

Some mornings I have rock hard erections and others I don’t have any. All depends on the night. If I do go about two weeks without having a good morning wood, and my masturbation erection felt weak, I would take three days break from PE and only do 20 minute edging sessions during those three days. Usually by day three my EQ would be back to normal.
