Hey guys I just wanted some opinions.I dont recall having any sort of morning wood for around 1 or 2 years (Im 19 by the way) but I think its due to me commonly masturbating.
I dont think I should worry cause I dont have any problem for achieving erections when I masturbate; what do you guys think?

By the way I think I lost them before getting into PE.

If you are overtraining, the morning wood could disappear.

I think you didnt understand. I didnt have any morning woods even before PEing and i never do over 5 days of training and my rouitne is almost identical to the newbie routine.

I don’t think you have to worry about it. If you haven’t experienced morning wood for years prior to PE then there’s no guarantee that PE will restore them.

What you SHOULD be worried about is your ability to have and maintain regular erections during the course of the day even if only while masturbating. Are your erections suffering or are they still healthy?

No they are perfectly fine and Im happy with how Im growing ( I have gained half an inch already). I dont intend to recover the morning woods; I am just looking on possible reasons of why I lost them.

If you masturbate a lot, that’s probably the reason. Age can be a factor as well. If you really want to experiment, take a month vacation from masturbating and see if there’s a change. Hope this helps!

It’s possible that your sleep pattern has changed and that you are waking more slowly from REM sleep, by which time the nocturnal erections you already had during sleep have deflated.

So long as your normal, daytime erection pattern is intact, nothing to worry about.

They say morning wood is a good indicator of testorone availability. At your age your supposed to wake up with a baseball bat knocking things down in the morning(16-22). How is your libido, erection strength? Well there is a possibility of low test, but could be your sleeping.

I have had a similar problem dyablo.
I never had rock hard wood in the morning. Ever. Though my regular wood isn’t always the best, its never been at a worrying stage where it wasn’t hard enough for intercourse.
So I wouldn’t put it down to ED, as I have never really had wood problems that stretched beyond performance anxiety.

As Avocet mentioned I could be waking up at a point where my nocturnal erection had deflated (I have very odd sleeping times as I work the doors as a part time job).
I always notice a fuller penis when I wake up, sometimes very full/hard, but most of the time just bigger and looser.

I always thought it was a problem that all my friends talked about waking up with a raging hard on and that I’d never really had one when waking up. Only on occasion.
Since starting PE I have noticed a decrease of harder morning wood when I train quite hard…or masturbate before bed.

But you dont think there is anything wrong with our dicks for that do you?

For a long time I did. But I’m still able to get hard when it comes to crunch time so not so much.

Maybe Big bori could be right about low T levels, but it hasn’t gotten to a stage where I would ever say I have a form of ED.

It could be low T levels.. Over the past few years I’ve notice a LOT of changes in my body as I get older. Turned 28 last week. But at your age.. That’s odd. You’re too young for metabolism and T levels to go down. Do you exercise? Are you physically fit? Do you take vitamins? I’ve been making a lot of lifestyle changes lately (well, trying to.) and they are seeming to help. Been on vitamins for a few months now, and I really think that helps in a LOT of areas. Just a normal multi-vitamin from Walgreens, and t taking about 500mg of vitamin C daily as well. More if I feel a cold coming on this time of year. But I really think the vitamins are helping. Also trying to cut way back on soda, drinking more milk, water, etc.. And keeping fruits in the house, and ice cream out of the house. Try changing your eating habits just for a month or so, and doing simple exercises daily if you don’t already. That could very much help you all around for T levels.

As for morning wood, I just started PE again a month and a half ago, and since then I get morning wood less. Have yet to track it to see if it is the mornings after I PE or not. Maybe I should pay attention. That could be part of it too. Try taking off a week from PE & masturbation and see if that changes it any. Unless you like waking up without that thing bugging you.. I know it don’t mind this too much.

Your fine. I’m about your age, and I never used to get morning woods. Why? I masturbated as frequently as you. I bet you never have nocturnal emissions either right? Right. If you want morning woods, don’t masturbate so much.

I dont really mind as long as my erections are fine when I masturbate (and I suppose that when I have sex too dont know cause Im still a virgin ;)

So I dont care wether I have morning woods; what I do want is to keep adding size to my dick. Im pretty fit and healthy by the way.
