So I had my blood work done this past week and got my results back today. My cholesterol is getting better. But the bad news is my test level is 190. My estradiol is in the mid 40’s. I don’t think this is good news what’s. I am going Friday to consult with my physician.

What are everyone’s thoughts on low testosterone and general health. Also high estrogen and general health. Also how does these thing affect pe and growth. I seem to be growing fine.

Mt T levels were in the low 200s, I have been doing Test. Inj. for 2 years now I felt better within a few days.

A few months ago my estradiol levels started to rise so now I am on Arimidex

So if you have more than 25% body fat try to lose so of that fat trust me it’ll help boost your testosterone.
Get some of that sun, vitamin D boosts test in ur body.
Eat some carbs, man you really should be avoiding carbs like all these nutrition people tell you , carbs feed your brain and balance hormone levels . Now u know why Asians are so smart .
And the last but not least,
Do some body weight exercises for 20-30 min at home or get a gym membership will boost test levels and you get muscles and lose fat at the same time.

Stop eating junk foods.
PLEASE don’t eat hot food that they put in a plastic bag or a box then you get it home and eat , So you have hot food you put it in a plastic bag that food brings out fumes from that plastic and your eating it . it will destroy your hormonal levels especially testosterone will start to convert into estrogen female harmonies.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.
