Can jelq exercises actually give you problems in erections?

Because I’ve heard of people that say that they had a couple of weeks after a hard training where they had difficulties maintaining an erect penis. That simply can’t be a good sign.and now I’m kinda worried, and I don’t even have the problem.

But it could happen someday maybe, because when it comes to all, we have no studies or nothing about these exercises, only our experiences with it, and is that enough you think?we all have different bodies, for some the exercise will do good, for others it might damage something?

What do you guys think about that, have any of you had any kind of problems there or something else maybe? Then I would be glad if you could share it with us,thx again

Yes , I’ve tried to jelq(for a 2 months or so) and lost erection strenght.. So I stopped jelqing for a while.1-2 weeks.

Jelqing is one of the best excercises for penis health, and when done properly it will increase your erection strength.

But it is also possible to overdo it, and then one can lose erction power.

That is why you need to start with the newbie routine and listen to your penis.

Do a search on positive and negative PI’s.

Take it slowly at beginning, concentrate on technique, gains will come with time. Don’t take it as a race, that kind of approach usually leads to injuries and disappointment.

Thank you a lot for the babbis idea cube. A question to chrono=after those 2 weeks, did you get your normal erection back?because that doesn’t sound so good, I’m 21 years old don’t know about you, but I hope it hasn’t damaged you anyway, if it has, then I will actually stop doing the exercise, because then I don’t think it’s worth it then.

And another question for chicken, the loss of erection power if you overdo it, will it stay forever even after you have stopped doing the exercise, or will it go away after a couple of weeks or something?

After each one of my newbie routine session if the next morning I wake up with no wood, I stop all PE until morning wood returns then I resume my PE routine. I was doing 1 day on and 2 off. Now after a few months I am on a 1 day on and 1 day off. Remember to go slow at first because you could injure your penis easily then once your penis becomes more conditioned then you may use more advanced routines.

For me it is a good sign. What I’ve noticced is that when I do high erection jelqs for like 5 days straight 30-40minutes per session, I start to lose my erection, then when I take 3 days off as rest, it come back and it comes back with ALOT more.


Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.

Same with me when I do jelqs, erection gets weaker then much stronger than before. Maybe it’s the rebuilding time.

Yes, I worry too fucking much, I don’t think there is anything wrong in that, it’s our most IMPORTANT organ dude,hehehe. And that’s it, that’s how I think,
I ask alot of questions before doing something that might hurt me, so I can do it right every time.

You are probably a pro already, that’s good for you. But think about how you felt the first times you did the exercises.
Or do you just give a fuck about the penis, just it’s huge so you feel like a bigger man?

But I have read alot, more than you think, I just didn’t quite find the answers I wanted, and maybe there would come some new ideas to questions that already had a answer, have you thought about that?

Some updates on peoples experiences one these forums are never out of place I think.but hey, I’ll try not to post anymore and read some more on the forums.

Look man.I lost the erection strenght I had in the mornings.Now I wake with medium erections , before PE I always woke with hard erections.However when I masturbate I have good erections.Nothing hurts me but somehow I think I damaged something that needs rest.And don’t do much edging - that is my advice.Only stretching and jelqing , personally believe that edging fucked me up.

Alexandro, no need to worry if it will come back. Just take some rest days and you will get your normal erections back.

The penis can take a lot of excercise, and even when it gets tired, it just needs a break.
