Hello my friends. At only 25 I have serious problems. My erection is weak and I was just wondering if it’s normal. It used to be rock hard sometime, when I was 20-22. Could aging be the reason? At first, my head became softer, and now, I can bend my penis even if erect 100%. It’s hard but .I feel it’s soft. Something must have happened.
And also, my erections don’t last long. They only last when I have sex, but my penis is firm when entering, and then it goes softer. Sometimes I even lose erection while having sex. It becomes hard again only when I ejaculate. Morning wood is also weak and doesn’t last like it used to. My erection angle was often at 11 o’clock, and now it goes to 9, rarely 10 o’clock. I really don’t know what to do, or whether it is normal. Also it looks like my ligaments are weak, my penis is not that fixed at the base, don’t know how to tell you.
At 25, did you ever experience this? Is there any way to be hard as a rock again? If it is due to aging, it’s ok, but at this age, my stamina should boost, I guess.

I have some clues, but .I don’t know what to believe:
I don’t hit the gym, actually I don’t do any workout for 2 years
I don’t take supplements
I used a penis pump for a few times, and saw my penis became reddish and bruised, and stopped (this happened last year)
I smoke almost 2 packs a day ( since last week I stopped, but no results so far )
I drink a lot of coffee which I also heard it’s a vasoconstrictor ( I stopped and replaced it with tea, but no results )
I also drink a lot of beer ( I also stopped drinking beer and no results in more than a week )
I used to watch porn ( and stopped this too )
I don’t do any PE at the moment, and when I did, I never over trained.

What can I do to get my solid rock hard erection back? Is it normal to have these problems at 25? Did you ever experience these problems?

Hmm, my simple advice, which could work, but depends on the real problem, general health or something more serious.

Good diet, excersise, cardio and weights really helps, squats help from what I hear too.

The no working out for 2 years you mention could be part of your problem, the older people get the less people exercise, when we were kids we used to do a lot more activities on average, so it could help. Some people could look thin, but not really be healthy.

Those seem like the most simple reasons, but a lot of the time it really is the simple things that make the difference.

I hope that’s the problem, if not you should see a doctor etc.

p.s to me stretching the dick and basic PE, helped get really good eq. Maybe add some light stretching when you get the chance could help. And add kegels to the mix, really attack this from all angles, it’s probably the best way to go.

Some of your habbits sound like mine. Smoking and drinking. Two packs a day is horrible and smoking does decrease your circulation. I quit about a week ago, and although I had three cigs the other day I don’t mind them now and again.

According to the internet it takes 2 weeks for circulation to begin to improve after quitting, so be patient there. Smoking is terrible as I’m sure you know. It is terrribly addictive, I wish you luck there.

Bascially anything to get your blood pumping is good. A short run will wind you pretty badly if you were smoking that much. Just do it anyway as you must start somehwere.

Your on the spot with coffee and bier.

As far as supplements I have been taking fish oil and a couple asprin a day to help my blood pressure as I quit smoking.

As you can see everything I mentioned deals with circulation, which is fundamental for our erections. Also comrade, try not to worry about it too much. Focus on becoming healthier instead of your erections.

Too much Coffee is bad for your EQ

These three combined are equal to ED. Just because you stop smoking does not mean your EQ will return straight away, give it a time and change you lifestyle. I don’t think there is anything wrong with you, give it a time hit the gym, drink lot of water, eat health and think positive then you will see new you
