L-Arginine worked for me

I have suffered from very light cumloads for the past few years. Last two or three maybe. I always attributed this to a horrible diet, no exercise, no water ever drank, and pulling out a couple loads a day. I have a super high libido. So I was afraid I was drying up slowly.

I did not change any of the above, but took L-Arginine/L-ornithine capsules by twin lab. Bottle says that each capsule has 500mg L-Arginine and 250mg of the other stuff. I took 2 caps for three days straight. My balls and groin area ached for a week. I couldn’t figure out what was happening. I was freaking out that I had cancer so I checked my balls. They were fine. They stopped aching last week. Then, my cum load started to double. It is still pretty strong even now that I haven’t taken the stuff. Note, it took about 8-10 days for me to notice. Cum is a bit watered down, but not stupidly dense and thick like it used to be. I shoot three or four shots instead of just a dribble.

Therefore, I figure that a horrible diet, grossly deficient in vitamins, minerals, and proteins was to blame.

I am changing the diet and exercise tomorrow and will try to get more amino acids through a healthy diet of proteins.

Anyways, just thought I’d let you know what happened in my case.

And drink lots of water. Not only is it good for you body, diet, dick and every other aspect of life, but you need it for the L-Aginine to work it’s best.
