Key to Premature Ejaculation is.. Breathing??

What is the key to premature ejaculation in you guys opinions. I have the book “the multi orgasmic man” and it explains breathing but im having a hard time figuring it out or at least having it work. Any pointers?

Do kegels, and develop your BC muscles.

You won’t have to worry about breathing or anything like that.


Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

I’d like to state my personal experience with PE.I suffered from this shit for 12 years.

I used to be a 30 second guy.My marriage went to hell (not only on account of that),my life was an endless hole, until one day,surfing the net I read an interesting article on paroxetine,an antidepressant which has some side effects on ejaculation.

I went to the doctor and had it prescribed.I was on it for 6 months,after 2 weeks it’s effect got clear:I could last in bed more than an hour.

A new life was beginning.Meanwhile I started doing kegels (200-300 a day).Now I’m not on paroxetine anymore and I’ve learned to control my ejaculation by relaxing my pc muscle.I can last for an hour or more.

My advice is:if you can’t fix PE on your own go see a doctor and give paroxetine a shot.And of course continue doing kegels like I did.

You’d surely get rid of PE.

What about side effects such as gaining weight, feeling tired, etc.?

Great, that you can go on even after quitting Paroxetine (same as PAxil, right?). KingG hasn’t had that experience.

What was most important for you to do this, do you think?

This is my first post here at Thunders.
It is great to be here and I hope I can contribute has much knowledge as I gain from this great place.
Question:
1.I have heard that Kegel exercises can actually cause/worsen PE, Matter of fact I have heard this many times, But than again, I have heard otherwise as well.
Can some or most who are experienced With PE (premature Ejaculation) & Kegel exercises please shine some light on this?



I suffer From Pe at the moment.I have in the Past as well, Before SSRI use Myself.
One thing right off the bat, I was on paxil , And it definitely solved the PE, But yes with other UN wanted side effects.
These drugs works differ in any one case. The Mileage varies.
But for the most part , They do help with PE, SSRI’s,Not just any AD.
Wellbutrin is actually alot of the times given to people who have been on SSRI’s and Have developed the inability to cum , This nearly was my case.
So if you suffer from PE(premature Ejaculation) I would advise , Of coarse I am not docter and you should seek professional Guidance, That you stay away from Wellbutrin.This would more than likely , Theoretically speaking make PE worse.

JazzLover” Did you manage to get off the SSRi with ease?

I have been taking Paxil for 4 years and tried to get off before with no success, I finally got off though back in April , 06,
But the Anxiety & depression came back 10 fold at about 7 months off,
I also suffered from many With drawl SE’s.For many months.
Here is one that would relate to this site.
When I stopped Paxil , I was Impotent for a good 5 months , And suffered From EXTREME PE!!
The Boner’s came back , but the Pe never improved.
I wonder Jazzlover, Did you have that problem when you came off, PE coming back much worse than before?
Again’ The depression Got the best of me again, PE was still has bad as ever, So I went back on a SSRI, Lexapro.
We will see if that helps with the PE, I do feel more sane.Thank God!

I don’t know about breathing, but holding your breath works for me. With practice I just hold my breath at the right time until the moment passes. I can do this over and over without the mrs knowing.

1) Stopped drinking ALL coffee regular and decaf!! Theres something in coffee that kills the sex life.
2) Cut back on all sodas, i drink no more than 2 to 3 sodas a week
3) I drink Teas, mostly green tea sweetened with honey and real maple syrup.
4) Take a good multiple vitamin, I take Vitamin World mega Man, zinc, and calcium.
5) drink a lot of water!
6) drink one 8 ounce class of water with 2 Table spoons of Vinegar ever day! (I use the Organic) Kroger sells it in the heath food section. The Vinegar helps to detoxify the body!
7) Do 15 minutes of PE exercises 3 days a week!

Made these changes and I can go for over an hour if i want to! I use to be a 1 - 2 minute man :-( .

Frist i thought it was just the PE exercises and vitamins, so I started back drinking coffee it didn’t matter weather it was regular or decaf within a week of drinking coffee at 2-3 cups a day i was back to a 2 minute man! Stop the coffee within a week of stopping I returned to being super stud again.

This is my experience, may be it will work for someone else can’t hurt to try!

Hey BigFatLuvRocket, No i’m still sensitive, I think the PE help strengthen my BC muscle.

I do 2 minutes of starching
12 minutes of Jelqs (75% erection)
2 minutes of Kegels (at 100% erection I kegel and hold for 30 seconds, i repeat this around 4 times) I do use my hand to push light down on my penis head to create some resistance during my 30 second hold.

I can’t stress more to check your diet, for me coffee is a killer!

I agree about diet! I have gradually eliminate coffee, and it’s amazing that I can function without it! Sometimes in the afternoon I have a half cup. I’m not sure why I need it, but I get really tired around that time. Too bad I can’t take a nap!

I don’t think you should give paroxetine a shot unless you have been diagnosed with clinical depression which is what it is for. The effects it has on ejaculation is a side effect which may be good for that kind of situation, but there are a lot of other not so good side effects of paroxitene such as suicide ideation, and it is an infamous drug for being difficult for getting off.

***Yes, this will help men with PE most of the time I, I know it worked for me, worked almost too well to be honest.

But there are a lot of other not so good side effects of paroxitene such as suicide ideation, and it is an infamous drug for being difficult for getting off.

***Guy’s I have experienced this first hand, and You should always use this option has a last resort for your PE problem!
Jaybee is right on another point, If you have no real mental need for these, than stay away from them!
This is not like popping candy!
The suicide ideation is just one of the many things it can cause, it is real, and it happened to me!
I will not get into the dark details , but they are real!

Breathing techniques can help me to some extent. First I think you need to recognize the normal way your breathing changes as you come close to orgasm. You definitely start breathing more rapidly and shallow. You don’t normally notice it but my wife caught me beating off in bed a couple of times, just by recognizing the sound of my breathing!

So, if you don’t allow your breathing to change, you can keep your excitation level lower. It takes practice. slow steady deep breathing is what you need. It is easy when you start fucking, but easy to forget when you get into it and your woman is moaning and bucking.

But if you feel like you are getting close, try to calm yourself with a big sigh, and go back to your slow deep breaths.

I don’t think this is the total answer to control, but it is one part of it.
