Keratinization of the glans!!!!

Keratinization of the glans!!!!

So how many of you have little groves/cracks in your head? This is from being circumcized. The friction and wear and tear of not having a foreskin to protect it. Is there any way to combat this problem? Its no painful but the appearance is a little embarassing.

Me!

Yes, you can get a silicone o-ring to hold what skin you have over your glans. Or a “Your Skin Cone” (google that phrase).

I use the TLC Tugger by Ron Low for foreskin restoration and glans de-keratinization. The glans must be continuously covered to achieve this though.

Hope that helps.

what about the sen slip? http://nexus404 .com/Blog/2006/ … 07/the-senslip/

would this work?

im actually getting a cricumcision revision so it looks neat. I dont like the appearance of the loose skin. Mine circ was done very loose. thats just me though

????

When you do your PE or wanking leave on the lube you use. Coconut oil is good for this.

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

I have no experience with the senslip. I used the manhood a long time ago.

Neither are the same as your own skin on the glans. I found the manhood material to be abrasive and not likely to lock in moisture that is normally between the foreskin and glans. The senslip might. Not sure.

Are you interested in foreskin restoration, or just glans dekeratinization?

No need to start another thread with the same title in a different forum halfaninch. Be patient and you’ll get more responses. I merged the one response in the Injuries forum thread into this one and removed the other thread.

just the dekranization of the glans… thats wierd i thought the penis undergarments would help restore the glans

I have resumed foreskin restoration after having put it aside for a few years, and in just two weeks the change in my glans is remarkable. The glans dekeratinization is quite noticeable, with a shininess and smoothness appearing where there has been rough skin and grooves, as you mentioned in your first post of this thread. Sensitivity has increased as well.

The senslip and manhood devices are not very good substitutes for foreskin, which traps the moisture/secretions between the foreskin and the glans.

I’m wondering why you are having a circumcision “revision” done, which will certainly remove even more foreskin, which will uncover even more of the glans and add even more bring additional roughness to the further exposed glans.

And then try to find a suitable fabric device to cover it all up again to smooth out the glans?

I want a circumcision revision for appearance purposes. Its just a preference. Personally i wish i was not circumcised at birth and had smooth glans and then was circumcised later in life! I have a loose circumcision with a little extra skin. So im going to have the frenelum removed and the circ redone. Im just wondering if there are any ways to help de-keratinize the glans. The head is already not covered by the skin. Its not gonna hurt them anymore to have the circ re done. You know what i mean?

Did you know that the frenulum is the most sensitive portion of the penis? Most of the nerve endings on the penis are located on the inner foreskin and especially around the frenulum. Many guys who are missing that portion of their anatomy find that they have to work harder to achieve orgasm. In some cases the penis becomes desensitized and an erection is difficult to maintain, because of the lack of sensation.

It is possible for a urologist to do a slight v-shaped incision on the tip of the foreskin to tighten it up. A few men who restore their foreskin choose to have this procedure done when they are finished restoring to get rid of extra (loose) skin.

Hmm tell me more please lol. So I can have it tightened up without it actually having more skin removed?

You could talk to a urologist and get the details on that particular type of minor surgery (I’m not sure of the actual name of the procedure). Explore a bit and find out what other options are available to you.

Definitely will do that. Hopefully he knows something about dekeratinzation as well. Just trying to get back the pinkish, shiny, smooth appearance to the glans.
