This is my understanding, The harder I squeeze a kegel whilst master baiting/sex the faster I orgasm, but if I hold it hard enough through the entire orgasm I release no semen.. I don’t see how it can “help” with controlling orgasms unless you do this everything and make it more difficult for yourself to reach orgasm point?

Are you saying that a kegel induces an orgasm, and a reverse kegel does the opposite?

Holding a kegel while having sex/masturbating will make you cum quicker (at least is does for me), so no you shouldn’t do this unless you’re getting impatient. You should be completely relaxed (yes a reverse kegel accomplishes this) if you want to last as long as possible.

When you stop ejaculation by kegeling hard right after you reach the PONR, you are using the BC muscle. I don’t like to do this but it can enable you to last longer if every time you reach orgasm you flex it back “inwards”. This doesn’t seem very healthy to me though so I try not to do it often.

I think that just learning to feel and control those muscles helps to increase lasting power.

I have been trying to master this reverse kegel, My only problem I find is I tend to flex my abdomen more than the “IC?” muscles.

But I have found when I do get it right, even if I’m right before the PONR it stops the orgasm from coming completely and I have to kegel to get close to the PONR again, this is going to take some practice but I really think it could be the secret to lasting for hours.

I have been reading and rereading this thread FOR DAYS and I still have no idea whatsoever how to perform those contractions of IC muscle. Is there anyone who would be willing to help?

It confuses me that people discuss normal Kegels as part of this discussion. Is there a difference between a reverse kegel and IC contraction?

Yes, a reverse kegel is like you are pushing out urine, an IC contraction is like a little squeeze at the sides of your shaft at the very base. Some say lifting a towel with your erect dick is a good exercise. Wondering if anybody is doing it regularly? Any experiences?

Hey, I think I’ve isolated it, but sometimes I feel like some muscle inside the shaft is pulling too. Is that right? (Not sure if that’s anatomically correct, but that’s what it feels like)

Same here. I wonder if it even exists or is it BS. But I don’t doubt that regular kegels don’t help with premature ejaculation since kegelling while masturbating quickens the ejaculation.

So how can the C.C. hold only 10% of blood during erection, but also 90% of blood during erection? Anyone else read that much of the original post and then just lose interest? Why do people post up such useless crap?

I think at the 10% part he was reffering to CS,but mistyped.

Anyway , this one of those threads that seem voodoo-like.

BIG QUESTION

Some where in the internet is a survey about the toilets in china and said that in all other countries in which they use the clasic toilets this is supposed the reason of the high rate of prostate problems and diferences between this countries and low rates in china in which use defernt.It is said that clasic toilet puts more strain in the muscles inside and in a period of some years when a man is near 40 years old this makes problems to prostate such as BPH and others.I was wondering if that was true then all of us with such strain inside this muscles withe penis enlargment excercises are going to have problems not in 40 years old but in less years.I am very skeptical on PE excercises these days as I have understand that prostate is very sensitive organ and can develop many problems in a period of years as BPH,cancer,.etc.

I’d just like to throw this in form Wiki, It say that the Ischiocavernosus muscle helps flex the anus… so does this mean if (the PE community) flex our Ass’s daily, it will mean that we’re working out this muscle and therefor helping ourselves to get better erections?
