Thanks, they are great advises. I’ll try to traduce them in practice.

Anyway, just thinking of it, it is damn true that “You must learn to deal with stressful areas in your life in more productive ways at the same time trying to overcome porn addiction”.

In most of my previous attempt to quit porn there always been a stress that I need to balance with porn. I have a lot of work to do with me. :)

DAY 7 - first week

Everyone has obstacles in life and growth needed to overcome them. Approach all life’s difficulties like a tree growing, slow, steady and sure and never give up. If you approach all problems with the faith that they can be overcome, and patience and love for YOURSELF as well as others, you will surely succeed, sooner or later.

I’ve sucked at this lately, so I’m starting over. It certainly doesn’t help that there are always recently active threads on Thunder’s that have naked chicks.

I’m bad at this. Lol. Looked again, but twice in a week is much better than 7 + times. Gym hasn’t suffered either, which is good too. Day 1.

19 days - it helps that I’m having lots and lots of sex (new very sexual relationship), no time or energy for porn. I would recommend this method of detox… lol.

My status thread

I have been off porn for probably 3-4 months, I’m not counting anymore because I know I’ll never look at it again due to EQ issues. On top of this, I’ve stopped masturbating, or even touching myself down there for over 2 weeks, until the goal of one month. This also includes any PE, kegels, and anything dick related other than pissing. I’m doing this to rewire my brain due to premature ejaculation problems that I have as well. I’ll post results at the end of one month.
