Is sex difficult on PE days?

I suffer from a certain degree of ED. I’ve been pumping (2-3inhg,4-5min sets) with light, slow jelqing in between and stretching at the end of the session.

I find it very difficult to maintain an erection on PE days. I use 20mg levitra when anticipating sex. Is it common for poorer EQ on PE days or do most find their EQ to be better. The sex would usually be about 2-3 hours after PE.

I’m defineatly showing signs of length and girth gains. I wake most days with good to very good wood. I’m even getting some noctural wood. I do use about 13mg of generic cialis most nights.

Try AAKG as a supplement you can take that daily at about 2000mg with no problem. I read that taking it for more than 90 days though can begin to cause some problems such as nausea or upset stomach. I haven’t had that issue though, I take 1000 MG a day. I have been doing it for like 3 years even before I joined this forum. I took it for working out and to my surprise I also saw pretty significant improvement in the penis department as far as erections and erction quality. Hope it helps. I have had trouble maintaining an erection on some PE days in the past, but now mostly I am fine with a good erection and prefer to do PE before I have a sexual encounter. I suppose for me it comes down to what form of PE I am doing, and the intensity of my session. If I hang 2.5-5.0lbs for 1 or 2 sets, I get an improved erection. Back when I was hanging 12lbs for 13 sets, I had trouble having sex soon after I was finished for the day.

Maybe you could experiment with increasing your jelqs, or just focusing on them a bit more. For me personally jelqs boost my EQ greatly.

I suffer from psychological ED and I cured myself from cutting out all porn and viewing of sexy photos, and not releasing my load unless a girl is the one that gets it out of me. If you are strict enough with this for a few months you start to feel like you are 12 all over again.

Yoshinator, thanks for the reply. I’ve tried AAKG, it doesn’t seem to do much for my EQ. I use 3gm. Maybe this slightly too much. I use it as a preworkout supplement and I get incredible vasculinity from it. I will say I don’t use it on a daily basis though. I’ll have to try it daily and hopefully report back.

bluray, thanks for the interest. I find that if I jelq too much, I have diminished EQ. I’m starting to think there is a very fine line with PE session workload and quality of return.

Yes sir, I do watch porn, too much some time. I’ve posted to some of the porn threads and have tried stopping, but my disipline is not good. Although, while I’ve found a good PE routine for myself in terms of growth, I’ve found myself masturbating less. I use the porn for edging. I do understand the psychological aspect. I just have to dig down deep and find the disipline.
