Hmm after a long time of testing I have decided that Kegels are not for everyone (including me).

So if anyone of you guys feel that kegels are only making you cum faster well,you are not alone.

There IS NO MAGIC in PE. You CANNOT BLINDLY do anything, including kegels. For everyone, you must try it and evaluate YOUR response to it. Yes, some guys do find they cum quicker from kegels. For some, that’s a good thing, for others not so good.

Whatever you are doing, there is an amount that’s ineffective (not enough), an amount that really improves your condition, and an amount that’s too much and decreases your ideal state.

YES, the kegels effect muscles, and like any muscle it can be overworked and have the opposite effect.

Its like someone said that PE is dangerous. Well the truth is it CAN be dangerous if you approach it with no knowledge and the attitude that more is better and use high pressures right off the bat.

Thats why we work so hard here to give very safe and sensible approaches and understanding of what is the proper way to PE. I can guarantee that if you follow the guidelines laid down here, PE is a very safe practice.

Kegels have been done by thousands of guys with very good results, but YES there are some that will find it makes them prone to ejaculate faster. If that is the case, they need to experiment with doing less and find an amount that is perfect for them…and they might need to not do them at all.

There is nothing in the WORLD that can give a positive effect WITHOUT the possibility of SOME negative effect for some people…if there is, let me know. OVERALL, kegels are overwhelmingly positive for most, and the small percentage that have some negative effects from it can try less or just not do them.

There are many things that I learned from Dr.Lin which have improved my sex life such as all his advice about orgasms and his “Chikong breathing” which I use during edging. This really works without the need to kegel so I think that his viewpoint is based on that.
However we all know that some people are able to control ejaculation thanks to strong kegels so it is safe to say that his article is wrong.
