Hmm after a long time of testing I have decided that Kegels are not for everyone (including me).
So if anyone of you guys feel that kegels are only making you cum faster well,you are not alone.

I remember that I made really good gains but had weak erections cause I was gaining so much. That was when I started doing kegels. It worked to get my erections harder. I started doing more and more and my boners then started getting weaker. I did not know what it was. Then I started to realize the less kegels I did the harder I got. I don’t do any now except when I am spankin and that is just cause it feels good.”
This debate can go on and on,but everyone must know that Kegels are not for everyone (Reverse kegels on the other hand are a different story)
