Impotent and I'm only 20 years old

There was a time about a year ago when I spent a lot of time doing PE, adn gained about 3/4” an inch in legnth. I started having problems maintaining an erection, so I stopped all together.

Now 6 months later, I just turned 20, and I can barely maintain an erection. I usually get 50-60% and then I just lose that. My morning erections have also been very weak also.

I have been with a lot of girls, most of which have been one night stands because I am just too embarrased to continue relations due to poor sexual performance.

Is there anything I can do to help my problem, or am I too late & have to live with this?

Can you give an idea of what your program was (what excercises, how you did them, how long you did them, etc)? I am no doctor, just thinking that something kind of obvious might jump out.

It might be best to consult a good urologist.

Please explain what excercises you were doing and at what erection levels.

I would probably have already made an appointment with a urologist. It just might be psychological.

One thing you could test is your nocturnal erections: make a ring of connected stamps around your beginning girth and put it on at night. If it’s broken in the morning, that would mean you are getting night wood which is pretty important.

You don’t mention any kind of injury, so I am wondering whether there’s some other reason why your erections are flagging.

You started PE for a reason, maybe obsessing about this is giving you some kind of mental block?

Go to your doctor and see what he/she says. You might have your blood tested for hormone levels, or maybe you’ll be prescribed viagra. I reckon the latter will be likely, just to show you that your physically ok.

What is your general health? Are you in good shape? Do you exercise? How’s your weight? Do you smoke? Do you drink? Any drugs? Prescription or otherwise? How much sleep do you get? Are you under stress?

Well I was doing a pretty intense jelq for legnth and 440’s for girth on and off for about 6 months, always in the shower. I am now ~7” BPEL, but it doesn’t really matter since I can’t use it.

One time I heard a pop in my penis and stopped for about a month, but other then that I haven’t really experienced any injuries, other then the lack of erections.

I wonder if testosterone levels have anything to do with this. My second testicle didn’t drop, and I had surgery on it when I was 6 or 7 years old. The testicle that i had dropped is now smaller, hard, and lacks feeling. So that makes me wonder that my testosterone levels are down since I have lost a lot of sexual drive in the past few months.

Did you used to watch any porn when you jelqed?

I like to think of myself in excellent heath.

I run for over a 1/2 hour every monring before breakfast
I weight train Monday - friday
I’m 6’3” 205lbs
Don’t smoke
I have drank excessivly lately since i’m in college, but I havent for a week or so(cutting back on the alchohol), Alchohol is just too unhealthy for me, and I feel guilty afterwards
I am averaging 6-8 hours of sleep a night
And Not that stressed out

I used to be obese when i was 14-15, but I lost ~60lbs since then, and packed on ~25lbs of muscle

You could maybe try to strictly jelq to get good blood flow back in that area?

probably only 4 or 5 times, all the times i’ve done PE have been in a hot shower

Go see a urologist and discuss with him your situation. You dont HAVE to tell him about the PE, but it would not hurt. I think he will be interested in your test levels and your general lifestyle. Remember that stress can play a roll in test levels too and if you are stressed all the time or work long hours it can play havoc with your erectile function.

If your 2nd testicle did not drop, and the one you have is atrophing, then I would think,(ok, assume) that your T levels are way down. Which will cause a lack of erection level, and sex drive.

Get to a doctor, you may just need a T supplement to bring your levels backup.

Excessive alcohol consumption and one quite possibly atrophied testicle…stop drinking and see a urologist.

In the meantime, try just jelqing and kegals, leave off on the 440’s, I can’t think of anyone here who hasn’t increased their erection strength with jelqing and kegals.

The one I have is fine, but the one that didn’t drop that i had surgery on is starting to atrophy

I think the title of this thread is inaccurate and misleading.
