Yeah, I agree. I know porn is my problem and am trying to fix that (which is going okish) but also due to the fact PE results correlate with little cumming/masturbation per month I’m keen to cut down completely. I PE’d for about a year with practically no results and I’m sure it was due to my excessive masturbation and cumming. I want to try PE for two months without masturbating or cumming to see the effects as I’m hopeful I’ll get gains.

I’ve had exactly the same problem. Sometimes when having sex, if I lose my erection (from changing position or being interrupted) then I just can’t get it back.

I also went through EXACTLY the same phase of worrying like you, but there isn’t anything physiologically wrong with you. Try going off porn and cutting down on jerking-off. I can almost guarantee that it will help.

Morning wood does not necessarily mean anything except that your bladder is full and is not letting as much blood through your penis. I read something like this before and I have been trying to do a search on it but I can not find the article. I will continue to search since it was really an interest article. I should have posted it when I read it.

I prefer natural ways of copying with physiological problems to be honest. Medications don’t change the reason - the only cancel the results.
And I agree with this post about the bladder. It is like that - the same when you sleep on your tummy. More blood is “pushed” into your penis.

And for the guys about porn, I know porn has made some bad things to my mind! Ex: I cannot fuck with lights out, or I lose complete interest, I have problems in FEELING girl, and I am only stimulated on visual. My pleasure has really really going down and I am 21, another thing that really bothers me it’s that I don’t have to much will to fuck, so my girl looks for me more than I looks for her, and that’s a real problem, but when I stays like one week without porn and cumming, my natural instinct comes back.

Matt, I think you should start with making sure that it is not a physical problem. I wonder why you are able to stay hard when your girl is on top, but not when you are. Why is there this difference? Is a physical thing in the way your penis is stimulated?
The next thing that hits me is that it started so recently. Just 2 weeks ago. Did something special happen that week? Why would it come so suddenly?

Then you should try to isolate different factors, to see if they play an important role. That could be
1) Try to test out the porno-desensitization-hypotheses by not watching porn in a week. See if you are easier hard that way
2) Try to test if you are in all ways over training / over stimulating yourself. The amount of time you masturbate is very long. If you used that same amount of time on training biceps in a gym, you would not be able to pick up an A4-paper.
3) Try to stop PE’ing for a week or two to see if you might be over training here
4) See if the problems decreases during a holiday period, to see if stress or bad situations might be the problem
5) And if nothing of this works, I really think you should talk with you girlfriend about this. One of the first things you do in sexual therapy is to make people understand that it is not constantly perfect. This means that many people do not take up these issues with their partner (because “It should just work out”) and then it actually gets worse. She might even have noticed already.

Nothing very special. Ok, maybe a bit but to be really honest I don’t think it could effect me that much.

J - You are probably right. In most of your suggestions. It’s just everything what I do I want to do in the best way possible. But it’s not a kind of sick ambition I think. I’m also a bit bodybuilder so I know how much the intensive training but also the time to rest are both important. Probably it’s’ all about that I don’t give up until I reach what I want. If I have my aim I just follow my way. But I will try to cool down a little and see if lowering the pressure will help. I guess it can. Thanks.
