Hello. I didn’t say there are upper and lower abs. The “recto abdominal” (sorry, I don’t know how to say it in English) is one muscle only (but there are other muscles in your abdominal area… still, I’m just talking about the “recto abdominal”, which is the superficial muscle in your abdominal area, the one you people call 6 pack, if visible).

I told you to contract your lower abs, as a way to say “contract the lower part of your abs”. That may be hard to do, because when you contract your rectus abs muscle, you contract the whole muscle, not only the upper or the lower part of it. But try visualizing a stronger contraction in the lower part of your abs, that’s what I do. Creating a bigger pressure in your abdomen and pelvic area will make the urge of orgasm become weaker.

Try combining those 2 aspects: slow and deep breathing and abs contraction. You could try using one of those methods by itself several times until you think you can control them easily. Then, use both at the same time.

Something I’ve noticed is that the harder I contract my abs, the weaker my urge of orgasm becomes.

Very true. The advise I usually give to completely clueless guys is to start observing their own breathing. From their branch out into self observation of other things as well as beginning to modify their breathing.

Thank you for your tips.
I googled for the references on the two exercises you recommended, and I’ve been doing the Male Deer exercise for a week now.

But I’m having a real problem with the Big Draw exercise.
How can I move something that I can’t feel?
How can I remove the energy from the groin and send it to the spine and head if I don’t feel it? How can I know if I’m doing it properly?

I would really appreciate if you could help me with that.
