I need a sleep aid!

I’m sure everyone knows bad sleep sucks. I’m cursed with waking up 3-4 times a night. Sometimes even 6! Offer any advice on natural ways, or any sleep aids. Thanks!

Starting Stats (APR '11): BPEL - 7.0" Base EG - 6.1" NBPFL - 4.75"

MJ Tincture (I don’t smoke any more) at about 6pm. After a very nice evening your head hits the pillow at 10pm and you sleep like a rock until 7-8am.

I never go to sleep without wearing an eye mask, I have ear plugs near my bed incase I need them and I don’t eat a lot at night. These things help but what really does it for me is taking simvastatine (cholesterol medicine) right before I go to bed. The side effects make me doze off within 10-20 mins.

Occasionly I forget to take my medicine which I usually realize by feeling completely awake after 10-15mins and then I get out take my medicine and try again :)

You shouldn’t use simvastatine unless you have high cholesterol but it works for me and is cheap.

Whitania (Aswaganda) an indian plant very effective for a deep sleeping.

Regular exercise, if you don’t already do it. Don’t intake any unnecessary chemicals and drugs :) , even though they say they’re “natural”.

I sleep like shit if I don’t work my ass off with my body.

Low daily doses of melatonin have been indicated to have potential life-extending properties. But I agree - hard exercise is a sure fire way to sleep like a baby.

I exercise a lot. All it does is make me hyper.
