I have read in other places as well that heat reduces testosterone levels. Is this true for sure? If it is, do you think that a warm up followed by hanging or stretching with heat lamps could be a problem? I know that everyone (meaning hangers, manual stretchers and jelqers) has praised heat for their growth. I guess my question is, is a PE routine detrimental to testosterone levels? Or is an hour or two a day being exposed to that kind of heat not enough to cause a problem?

It takes a few things:

1. Time. The average Joe can unload daily, but if you want the biggest and best loads you should wait no less than 3 full days. I have found that 3 days is my minimum for maximum potential.

2. Hydration. The body requires it to make the fluid.

3. Vitamins and minerals. Your body requires the two in order to function properly and at maximum capacity. A good multivitamin.mineral is a great start. There are also numerous supplements made specifically for this purpose.

4. Protein! Natural sources are always the best. Things like eggs n such. Plenty of info out there. Even supplements work just about as well. I take in 80 mg of protein a day through a dietary supplement. You need at least 50mg to fire on all cylinders. Also keep in mind though that the more protein you take in, the more water you need to drink because the protein will dehydrate you some as your body absorbs it and puts it to use.

5. Loose fitting underwear and pants. Your body produces the most when your testicles are hanging the lowest. Avoid tight fitting clothes.

6. Finally, edging works wonders for me. Not sure how it works biologically, but I can EASILY double my output. Edging is working up to an orgasm but stopping just before you actually have one. You will want to do this as often during the session as possible without going over the edge and spilling the beans, so to speak. The more times the better. You will probably go limp a few times but it doesn’t affect the build up. If you do go limp, take a break for about 20 minutes and then start again.
Personally I like to have a minimum of 1-2 hours edging, and a max of anywhere from 4 to 6 hours. Find some good porn and knock yourself out.
