How to have raging morning wood (if you don’t already)

Thanks, beats the hell out of paying outrageous prices. Plus, I can take it to work (except the horny goat weed) or while I’m traveling and no one is the wiser. Yeah, not sure I’m going to get the same benefit fro the palm thing.

It worked for me last night. I ate many foods containing magnesium throughout the day and I ate some almonds with my last meal. Then when I went to bed I had my girlfriend hold my balls while she slept. And I place my left hand below my belly button. And I woke up with a really hard morning wood after 5 hours of sleep.

Do we have to keep the palm below navel for certain amount of time? Or massaging below navel 81 times clockwise and counter clockwise would do the trick? I have seen youtube videos of male deer exercise and massaging part was mentioned in them.

I tried this last night. I cannot say it resulted in a very significant increase in morning wood.
But then I may not have got the technique correct in one go. I will keep trying.

On a side note, guys who get raging morning wood because of this technique, do they count those erections caused by this in their PIs?
This technique is non PE one and it may not give correct indication of one’s PI, erection quality improving or otherwise due to PE.
Any thoughts?

One night isn’t much to go on. Try it for a couple of weeks, or better still months.

I think of PIs as a good marker for assessing if one is over-training, rather than for how successful PE is.

Hmmm, I’ve been doing this for a month (did not see the post until today). My cranio PT person told me to do this since she knows I have had no morning wood for 20 years. Now, I have not done the massaging part but after a month, I still do not see any improvement, even after taking a ton of HGW before bed. I tried ZMA a few times but that didn’t seem to do anything for me other than giving me the runs (way too much magnesium, I guess). I do wake up with a 25% erection almost everyday (other days I have nothing) but that’s not how it was for my first 30 years. I wish I could find a reason why I went from 100% rock hard morning erections to 0% almost overnight yet I do have normal erections (between 75-90%) when stimulated, so I know my plumbing is working.

You guys know any other ideas for channeling energy to that area?

TRT and damiana leaves does the trick for me, always. Have even ejaculated in my sleep due to the damiana leaves, it happened several times before starting TRT so I can highly recommend D.L for anyone struggling with erectile dysfunction, which I did for many years.

Yup, already on TRT (Clomid) since my T was 212. Last test my T was a little over 650, which I still think it too low but it’s better than it was before. I have never heard of Damiana but I am willing to try anything. How much are you taking daily and when do you take it?

I try to take 2 capsules at least twice a day, maybe even 3 times. With food. Each capsule contains 510mg of pure, pulverized Damiana.L.
It even, before I started TRT, increased the size of my nut but now I think I need HCG to get it back to it’s normal size. It’s gonna be a struggle explaining that to my Doc though, as in my country TRT for men is a subject most Doc’s know absolutely nothing about, unfortunately.
