How to have raging morning wood (if you don’t already)

I have to give this another try.


My current dimensions: flaccid: 8" x 6.5" erect: 9.5" x 7.125" glans: soft length:1.825" soft diameter 1.65" firm length:2.286" firm diameter:1.90"

Goal: flaccid: 9" x 7" (.1" length .5" girth) erect: 10" x 8" ( .5" length 1" girth) glans: soft length: 2.25" soft diameter: 2" firm length: 2.5" firm diameter: 2.25"

Ultimate goal: flaccid: 10" x 8" erect: 11.5" x 9.75" glans: soft length: 2.5" soft diameter: 2.25" firm length: 4" firm diameter: 3" In other words: A big, fat elephant cock!

Tried again last night but didn’t work as well as the previous night. Guess I’ll keep going as I live for how I felt the day before last.

What Tom has given is a very basic/shortened version of the famous Taoist Deer Exercise. There are many slightly different methods of doing it, and the version I have used on and off for the last almost 40 years is basically the one described here: http://www.yangtown.com/cure-impote…-deer-exercise/ although the version I use combines stages 1 and 2.

If you Google Taoist Male Deer Exercise (there is a female version, which is of course different), you will find many slightly different versions, but they all aim to achieve the same things.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Thanks firegoat, that’s the one. I was short on details because I last saw it in Steven Chang’s Book of Internal Exercises, which was purged in preparation of expatriating in 2006. Just a couple days ago I received his Complete System of Self-Healing, which I had not started in on yet. Thrilled to have it—it’s hard to find a copy, and this took so long to get here (over four months) that I already had a refund from the sellers. I will definitely pay them again!

I have both those books. I first read one of Stephen T Chang’s books when I was about 9 years old - I can’t remember which it was; it would have been one of his earliest and out of print now, but it had the Deer Exercise in it, along with the Crane and Turtle as I recall. Thinking about it, it was probably one of the books that gave me a respect for Oriental medicine and which led me to go live and study martial arts and qigong full time in Asia.

There are very few authors I like on the subject (best directly learned from a teacher who genuinely knows what they are doing), but Stephen T Chang is perhaps my favourite.

My experience with PMs has been very positive. Not all guys coming to such a fuckingweird site as Thundersplace are willing to drop drawers and let it all hang out. A personal contact may not be everything, but it’s something. Face it: we all think it normal, but for someone new to PE we exist in a weird, alternate world. An “off-board” connection can make all the difference. And has, for me, and guys I’ve talked to.

Good combo, haven’t had much success with the holding nuts in right hand and palm down of left in pubic area below navel.
