How I cured my SEVERE premature ejaculation

How did you end your edging with ejaculating or without ? My sessions now last around 35 mins and no sore even without a lube/vaseline.

My last session I had actually come couple times, like pre cum but it was actually sperm . I don’t know maybe I should take it more slow, I really can’t seem to hold myself !

Well I am a little unsure the point of this exactly. I did not mean to let myself cum, honestly it was right after I finished my daily newbie routine and maybe that had something to do with it but it was easy not to at first. I actually had to try to get myself close to the point of no return, that only started happening after like 15 minutes when normally I usually finish in under a minute but I am not normally trying to postpone it actually just the opposite. Anyway my question, is the point to try to keep myself just under the point of no return as long or as many times as possible or just to try and masturbate as long as I can until just before the point of no return? I ask because I can get myself to the point of no return very quickly or I can stretch it out of 20+ minutes apparently.

That’s a great question that I also wonder. We both know that we want to take it longer to get to the point of no return which help us in sex .. But for example todays edging session was with movie; Best Performers of The Year 2012. And for half of a CD, approx length is 40 mins, I got to point of return like 5-6 times with some sperm leaks !

The aim is to try to stay at or as close as possible to the point of no return (PONR) for as long as you can. This will train your body and mind into reacting differently when you reach the PONR. But whatever you do, don’t cum.

I am going to give this advanced edging stuff some work. Tried tonight, and I made it 45 mins before I accidentally took it one stroke too far. I felt a spasm and tried to hold it back, and thought I was good after a few seconds, but then all of a sudden it went off. Damn, almost an hour wasted. Oh well.

I had never paid any attention to the rest of my body while being stimulated. Seems I contract my abs almost constantly, and relaxing them is pretty hard. And I contract my PC muscle occasionally, basically kegelling, though sort of involuntary. Breathing deep is hard. I start focusing on my breathing and before you know it, I start to lose EQ, because my mind is elsewhere.

The only sensitive area I notice is my glans. Not just top, bottom or sides, but all of it. So should I focus on stimulating this area only? Luckily I don’t clench my butt, so no anal exploration is necessary lol. I do notice that faster stimulation gets me to ponr much more quickly. Has always been the same with sex too.

Also, when you are edging and you reach the ponr, is it better to just wait a couple seconds until you are good to go again, or to let your erection subside, and start again? I just gave it 2 or 3 seconds and kept going.

Yes, it happens sometimes. You will better be able to prevent this as you improve. The most important thing is that you don’t reach orgasm (the big one), and lose your erection.

Are you edging everyday? I barely have time for once every three days :( can’t think of going for a few sessions each time.

Conquering my goals.

It has been noticed in this thread that physical exercises tend to counter PreE somewhat. There is also some anecdotal evidence that an noticeable amount of bodybuilders has delayed ejaculation.
I have myself experienced that exercises seem to drive PreE away. I’ve been doing kettlebel swings and squat jumps - i.e. exercises that load legs and pelvic floor. The loading of pelvic floor muscles was noticeable by the fact that I wanted to pee every exercise session, and had to go and release. If i tried to masturbate that day, it wasn’t much more long/easy than usual, but on the next day I usually could last significantly more - even if I tried to came as fast as possible, it took me 3-4 times longer than it usually takes.

I suppose that pressure from neighbouring muscles at once desensetizes the prostate, brings the muscles into control so they are not as easily spontaneously engaged by subconscious triggers and wears the muscles so they don’t compress prostate as much when spontaneously engaged, the main factor probably being the first one. So I suppose, if one lifts great weights that put serious load on pevic muscles, then one could desensitize his prostate to cure some of kinds of PreE.

Off topic but, does anyone know of a way to promote premature ejaculation?

Edging and pumping

I quit pumping and pe for a while, but started back up about 10 months ago off and on (again in secret from my wife). Since I had not measure in a very long time i checked and I had gained one inch since I originally began years ago. I was however still suffering with premature ejaculation. I started edging and kegels two weeks ago, and i was shocked after a day of edging that I lasted more than twenty minutes of thrusting during sex, and a few days later at least the same amount if not longer.
