Can that cause any disease infection? Particularly HIV?

Well, when you do stuff with a girl you don’t know, one doesn’t go down on her unless one knows she’s clean. Given that one just met her, that would be out of the question. As for her going down on you bareback, you still can catch HIV through oral contact, but the risk is slimmer for you. For the girl it is a lot higher. In porn, all porn actors/actresses have to get regular testing or else they don’t perform, which is why you see them barebacking many times.

I always considered myself to be a straight married guy. On a few ocassions I have been in situations were a gay guy wanted to suck my dick and I let him.

As P-G said, your risk is extremely low as the one being sucked unless an odd combination of situations existed such as him having bleeding sores in his mouth, him being positive with a high viral load, and you having open sores on your penis. That combination of circumstances is pretty unlikely.

Being that this is such an open forum I did bring this up before. I would have guessed that there would have been a whole lot of straight married guys that might have had been into this one sided gay experience during periods in their life.
