But anyways, I started PE a few weeks ago and started with 60jelqs and a warm down and warm up also with at least 100 kegels in the day. I had about a 9/10 or maybe slightly less at times EQ and then after this it went to about 7/10 EQ and I no longer have morning erections. I’m 21 and this worries me - I tried resting for about a week and a half and it still wasn’t completely better it got up to maybe an 8 at times - should I start jelqing again even less times to build up erection levels or should I let it heal for a month or something? I don’t get why this would have damaged my penis - from pressure maybe? Or maybe something else (hopefully not) what do you think
