Hey everyone. I’m typing in here because I’m still yet to have access to the other forums - how do I do this?

But anyways, I started PE a few weeks ago and started with 60jelqs and a warm down and warm up also with at least 100 kegels in the day. I had about a 9/10 or maybe slightly less at times EQ and then after this it went to about 7/10 EQ and I no longer have morning erections. I’m 21 and this worries me - I tried resting for about a week and a half and it still wasn’t completely better it got up to maybe an 8 at times - should I start jelqing again even less times to build up erection levels or should I let it heal for a month or something? I don’t get why this would have damaged my penis - from pressure maybe? Or maybe something else (hopefully not) what do you think

Have you been masturbating a lot?

Were you giving yourself a day off or were you jelqing and kegeling every day for 3 weeks?

Don’t touch your unit for a couple of days (no masturbating) see if that helps?

Is there any other symptoms? I really really doubt you have done any damage what so ever. It could be mainly in your mind. If you worry about getting it up you won’t. Can you ever get it rock hard? Like if you watched your favorite bit of porn can you get it up?
Like UpHimSelf said let it rest but really don’t worry too much. With out any other signs there and with such a short time period I seriously doubt you have done any damage, and if you have nothing permanent.

How hard were you jelqing? Really intense jelqing lowers my EQ

Well I can get an erection whenever I want but it seems to take longer and I can only get to about an 8 but I used to be at a 9 or so and I’ve let it rest for two weeks already. When I was masturbating it was once a day sometimes every second day but I have stopped now hoping my erection will get better.when I was jelqing I basically did one on one off but I only got to the second session when my eq went down.. Do you think I should continue doing light jelqing to get my erections harder or should I let it heal for even longer?? I don’t see why I would need to heal for more than two weeks though

Are you stressed? Are you bitching with your girl, sleeping less than before, studying or working out a lot?

No I’m not stressed at all. I work out 3x a week for 45 minutes at a time and I sleep 8-11 hours a night :(

Lay it off for a couple more days then return to jelqing but do it lighter this time. Also, you might want to slow down on the kegels. Cut it off to 50 and just do it every other day. It might be the culprit atleast in my case before. I didn’t benefit from them at all. Might be just me, I don’t know. Keep us posted.

well i let it rest a few more days and now after 3 weeks im up to about 8.5 EQ (i can get a boner but with my hand i can still bend it slightly if i want to)

im not sure if this is my actual EQ now but im going to go ahead and start a 1 on 1 off 60 light jelq routine and see where that gets me. thanks

Glad to hear tha EQ is improving. Do your jelqs really light, and see if it helps. If doesn’t, you should leave your penis rest for another week, IMHO.

8.5 EQ is pretty much fine. I think you’ll find when your having sex that will turn into a 10. I know a lot of PE’ers EQ drops a little, usually 1 or 2 points on the scale, so I’d say you have nothing to worry about. Mine dropped but whenever I had sex it would be back up to normal. I think it partially because you become accustomed to looking and touching your cock a lot.

I took some supplements mainly for recovery but it evidently helped with more than that and now my EQ has it’s own scale
