Help, what the heck is this?

Help, what the heck is this?

Well, since the beginning of the summer I have noticed that in my ejaculation I have a new visitor. I searched and searched and I did find someone else who seems to have the same problem: Jelly strings and shooting

But nobody could figure out his issue. Maybe someone can help me out now, or maybe the pics supplied can give you an idea.

When I cum, the first thing to shoot out is a stringy, gelatine substance. Is it cum? I have no clue. But it’s solidified and has a hint of yellow to it. If I don’t masturbate often, it’s in larger amounts. Maybe it has to do with vasocongestion/blue balls? Because it feels like how the tubes near my testicles feel like when I do have blue balls.

But who knows? Maybe I’m not drinking enough water? Well, I’ve read that about the density of cum but the rest of my cum is perfectly normal and the viscosity seems well. This substance doesn’t look like it can be solved by drinking more water—- But I’m going to drink more anyway.

I try to not masturbate often and I’m still a virgin (GF and I are abstaining til marriage) so my sexual activity is obviously not that high.

I don’t eat anything extraordinary nor do I eat too many amounts of them. I’m a healthy, young dude. I go to the gym 1 on/1 off. This problem started before PE— so it’s not PE related. I hardly eat or drink any junk food or even soda. Milk, orange juice, water, and I take multivitamins everyday. I’ve been on some new meds from the doctor lately for allergies and stuff but I’ve had this issue many months BEFORE then and I wasn’t on anything before I started. I don’t drink, smoke, or do any drugs. I can’t figure out what this is!

Any ideas?

Here is a quote I got from here:

http://www.netd octor.co.uk/men … menandsperm.htm

"What is normal semen?

Semen is usually white or grey, but can occasionally appear yellowish. Pink or red semen suggests that blood is present. Although this is only rarely due to a serious health problem, men with semen that seems bloodstained should seek advice from their family doctor.

Semen clots almost immediately after ejaculation, forming a sticky, jelly-like liquid. It will liquefy again in 5 to 40 minutes. It is quite normal for semen to form jelly-like globules and this does not indicate any health or fertility problem. Failure of clotting and subsequent liquefaction can cause fertility problems."

I’ve gotten the jelly like globules every now and then also except they are always opaque like a jelly fish. You can actually pick it up and play with it.

Aside from the fact that the pics aren’t clear and look more like some sort of alien invasion, you have nothing to worry about. Levels of bodily hydration, frequency of ejaculation, even diet can change the consistency and color of semen.

It’s your seminal vessicles, btw, which provide the thicker stuff in the seminal mix.

Thanks for the info guys, it really helps. Maybe it will eventually revert back to how my ejaculate used to be that I consider “normal.”

Let us know what happens, EJ. Semen changes always get guys nervous - unless they start making more.

Actually I had a buddy who had the same semen problem as you. He died seven months later suddenly and unexpectedly!

He got hit by a bus.

Do you just mean chunky lumpy sperm?
