Help Rash on glans

I was at the doctor earlier for a rash I have had on my glans for about a month now, at first I thought it was due to PE, but since it has lasted for so long after stopping I don’t think so anymore. It is like maybe 20 small (sometimes red) spots, so now I think it is more like balanitis because it looks better when the area is dry. So the doctor did not seem to know what it was at all but prescribed me something called canesten, seem to be aimed for girls but well.. Anyone know if I can apply this to the glans without any harm or damage ?

If this rash is part of a yeast infection then yes the cream the doc gave you will help clear it up. I suspect you can apply the medication without concern that it will harm your penis.
