I’ve always noticed that after a leg or upperbody day usually going heavy that my erections are far weaker than when I stopped lifting legs for a couple weeks. I now know that weight lifting can increase blood pressure if done heavy and I have always lifted heavy and suffered from high blood pressure along with weak erections from time to time. The main reason I always lifted heavy is because of the common saying that heavy weights increase testosterone. Im not even going to go into detail about my battle with low test even though I cured it with zinc daily. Anybody else notice this and maybe got harder erections once you increased your rep range to about 12 per set? I will check my ego at the door no problem if it helps keep my erections strong! Just need some advice

I have pretty good erections after working out, and yeah dude as reading I was thinking that it was because of the heart rate during working out. Why are you working out?

I’ve built a pretty respectable physique lifting heavy. But now I workout to maintain my physique and possibly improve it. I used to do 5-6 rep sets on all my major lifts for strength but now I think I should not have because of this.

Sweet. Muscular with an 8” ha.

The workouts I have to do are designed by trainers and its usually 4x10, though rarely there are pyramid’ish type workouts, but pretty much heavy enough to die after doing 10 reps. So you workout just to feel manlier? That was what I was really askin’… Like what purpose.

sed26, for maintenance you don’t need to go that heavy. You should do training to ENHANCE your manhood not decrease it for the sake of muscles(which as said earlier you don’t need such a big stimulus). Even if you would have wanted to build muscles you don’t need to train very heavy(I remember one IFBB PRO bb said something that you should stimulate the muscle not anihilate it- this was coming from a steroid using bb’er , so for naturals the training volume should be even lower ).

I h8 lifting weights. But let me tell you. 30 dead lifts with 2 30lb kettlebells every couple of days with a cup of oatmeal a day keeps me pretty damn horny @ 43.

I do 8-10 reps and find I’m still growing and getting stronger. I know after my leg day I’m careful about changing in the locker room as I’m prone to get erections after my leg workout.

I am seeing a difference from using 12 reps and doing cardio. Im going to stick to this from now on. Im actually getting hard erections without using l arginine and citrulline supplements this hasnt happened in years! Havent had this in a long time! I lift very heavy usually 3x6 or 4x8 during the training my cock gets very small but with a good reason because my legs needs all my blood or ill end up passing out. During and after training Legs my libido goes sky high even a few hours later.

Usually i do PE after gym and then sleep. and when erect my cock goes to normal size no decrease at all.

Im in no way lifting heavy but I often wondered what would happen if I clamp reguarly while training. I speculate that it might lead the body to adapt to more blood..
Another step maybe to get to a new size. Ive done it and its ok at least with light weight training.

I also noticed in that context that I can wear a clamp while riding a bike for far longer as the blood circulation is probably better then when sitting.

I experimented in the recent past only doing 2 workouts a week only doing 3 sets of heavy squats and some calf work as my ONLY leg exercises on the leg day and thus still made me soft. I’ve just come to the conclusion that going heavy makes my dick softer. Maybe it’s the opposite for some people but I did some googling and many other people got the same effect as me with heavy weights
