Hair follicle bumps.

Those white hair follicle bumps on the underside of the shaft… Do all guys have these? I saw a post of someone saying acne medication can get rid of them. Mine are very mild, but just wondering

sebaceous glands or fordyce spots…. I used the search function and it was no help.

I’m not sure if this will work but it really helps with skin in general.

Bio oil is a healing oil you can buy over the counter and clears up skin by stopping infection.

I’m just throwing out an idea.

Did you read the linked thread? Essentially it said some have tried laser removal, but it’s expensive and not always effective.

These things are normal and there’s not much you can do to make them go away. Live with it.

they are pretty mild just hoping they get less visible with age
