Hey guys I got a premature ejeculation now I have read about the reverse kegles and now I’m looking for a routine that will contain kegels and reverse kegels

I read a long time ago from a porn starlet sex advice column in one of my first girlie magazines that when you are about to shoot your female sex partner (of course) should squeeze the tip of your cock really hard and it will stop you from ejaculating. I don’t know why or how but it definitely works.
Another trick is to have her pull down on your balls before they start tightening up and to keep pulling them down until she is ready for you to cum, then let go of them and watch it blow! This has worked for me too.
