Gain from coming off a long drought.

Coming off a year of sexual inactivity about how much increase could one expect? I recall being in a position of high sexual intercourse one would have on average a better erection. OThe opposite was also true in that there IS some shrinkeage from lack of use.

I don’t think you’d experience shrinkage so long as you have regular nocturnal erections (morning wood; all that). They are part of what keeps the whole system operative, even if you are not asking it to be. :)

I will report my findings. I’m expecting on average a much heavier flaccid, heavier and lower ball hangs and over time very tight erections at times that are so hard they hurt. I’m also expecting a steadier and larger amount of uninterruptable confidence.
