Ok,

I am under an immense amount of pressure these days in this economy. Bills, mortgages, kids, responsibility etc etc. I have been able to find some peace and comfort in my sex life with my wife. But, recently, as I’ve started working a little pe, I haven’t been able to ejaculate as readily. (Last week or so) Last night we started, and I was like “hurry up” and cum, and then,.. Limp noodle. (FUCK!) I haven’t been pe’ing like crazy, just piss pulls and stretches. I have been taking maca, and other supplements. I guess my stress level could be starting to cause a little issue here. I have read a few posts about pumping. What kind of pumps, online, cost, directions? I do have nocturnal erections still. Maybe I just need to take a sex break for a few days, but I’m used to having a great sex drive. (Sex every other day or so) All comments are welcome. Thanks

Ok it does sound a bit like stress fatigue.
Maybe a week off from sex and halftime pe would do you good?

Theres many pumps out there.
Depends what you want.
If you want to use it in your routine I suggest you buy one which costs over $150.
If it’s just for the bedroom you can get some cheaper model for about $50.

My over all advice would be to go to bed early for this week.
And maybe take some Kalms?

I hope it works out ok.

Ps Kalms might have a negative effect on erection abilities if you take too many over a certain amount of time.

Stress can lead to problems in the sack. Stressing about problems in the sack can lead to more problems in the sack! Erections and thinking/worrying don’t mix. So relax!

Take a little break from PE, maybe you started too strong. Maybe come back and try NEW newbie + advanced routine instead of the regular newbie.

Keep your priorities in order brother! Sex with your wife…FIRST PLACE! A bigger dick…not close to first place.

What happened the other nite is you kicked in your Sympathetic Nervous System (fight or flight) with your panic, which will kill an erection in a heartbeat! Your Parasympathetic System (relaxation) is what causes an erection or more accurately ALLOWS it to occur. So, that is what happened.

Next topic, PE. Forget spending more money if you are strapped for money, you don’t need anything but jelquing. Read my thread on EQ linked at the bottom of this post, and shoot for great EQ first. Start with a moderate routine of about 5 minutes with modest force on jelquing. Read some of the threads on jelquing and get some tips on it. One of the best beginner tips is to use enough force to begin with to just make it enjoyable NOT uncomfortable.

You’ll do fine, relax, have fun with your PE, and when you get your EQ to rise, sex with your wife will be even better and maybe more frequent, then you can worry about increasing some size, but that should be SECONDARY to better sex with your wife!

Thanks Sta Kool. Shit, my main goal coming here was for better eq and stamina. I have really only been doing piss pulls ,(jelqing) and stretching. I had been edging/ballooning three times a week for a month or so. This is kind of a recent phenomenon. Probably all in my head, as I do get night and morning wood. I’m forty years old, and feel like a lost teenager. Cripes sake, I’ve been with my wife for 14 years! .Never an issue

I think you are right on here. That is exactly what happened. I wasn’t fully stimulated to where I could edge out, and then I thought about it. My wife messed with me a little bit, cause she was just trying to take care of me, and then I started sweating, (fight or flight), and away the erection went. I felt like a big puss. I really have not thought about getting bigger per se. At 7.1 bpel x 5.5” meg to start with, everything else is ego and greed. I’m here, really, to talk to other men about shit like this. I appreciate the comments and suggestions.

When the stress and anxiety kick in (mortgage, bills, kids, will-I-stay-hard), so does the adrenalin which is an erection killer. Stress also takes a bite out of libido.

What the other guys are saying makes sense. If you find after a couple weeks that you just can’t keep this stuff out of your head, or that it gets worse, tell your doc. I’m sure he’ll give you a sample pack of Viagra, Levitra, or Cialis. Enough for you to use a few times just to get your confidence back. Then you can put the drug away; keeping it around just as a security blanket. :)

If you’re suffering from stress and anxiety that is affecting your sexual functions, therapy or anti-anxiety meds are probably a more effective and appropriate treatment than ED drugs. Why not get to the root of the problem?

That being said, exercise is a natural form of stress relief therapy. Go do some cardio, maybe some visualization techniques, some yoga.
