First post, question - Italian user, ragazzi leggete

Hello! I’am from Italy and this is my first post here.
This is not the very first time that I come to the PE system.
I think I had the first time 2 years ago about but I never dedicate seriously to this system. I mean that the best time ever, I did 10day MAX of continuos work.
I want to re-start more seriously this time. But I have a question for you. In the first days of November (2007) I had a surgery for Varicocele with a laparoscopic approach that is a mini-invasive technique, do you know? So, it’s about 4 month ago.
Now I feel healed and problem of varicocele is flyed away.
But I want, in some way, a confirm that I can restart without problems.
I want to start with the classical newbie routine, need particoular modification?
Any suggestion is appreciated.
PS: Sorry for my not very correct English!

Italian version:
Ciao a tutti!

Hi Neurone

Welcome to the Forum. We have a number of Italian members, and as you might have noticed there is a Thread for Italian members also. So you have double the choice!

Anyway, to answer your question. Here is a link to a site which explains in everyday language the cause and treatement of varicocele; and right at the end it says that after a few weeks everything should be back to normal and fully healed so there should be no problems for you.

But oobviously you should take care and gradually build up and if you have any pain or problems stop immediately.

I doubt if the writer has taken into account Things like PE so you must consider taking extra care for a while . If you are uncircumsized then doing things like jelqing will cause your foreskin to be pulled forward and this will put a strain on your ballsack so it might be worth doing "One handed" jelqing, while using the other had to retract your foreskin, and keep the strain away from your operation scar.

This has been fairly lengthy so do come back if you don’t quite understand what I have said.

The link is a bit tedious to negotiate, If you find difficulty, let me know and I’ll copy and past the whole article with it’s link.

Here’s the link

Varicocele (for Teens) - Nemours KidsHealth

Hope that helps,

Good luck

Thanks for the reply petitfaun.

I want say that in my case, I don’t have the scar directly in the ballsack but in the low stomach, please see this image to understand the approch of the laparoscopic surgery.

And go here too : http://www.lapa roscopyhospital … cocelectomy.htm

So I’ve understood that are no problem to restart doing PE after healed, if not for the scars in the ballsack or near the zone.

Thanks again!

Hi Neurone

That operation is rather different in character to the normal procedure so what I said has no bearing on your case.

The operation described may be OK for normal usage of the muscles. but jelqing puts a completely different strain on the area as you will be pulling hard on your penis.

However. I would suggest you do a test using the procedure I mentioned (Pulling back your foreskin with one hand and jelqing with the other) . and see if there is any strain on the operation area.

It is probably worth while to hold your foresking between the fingers and have your hand over the scar protecting it from any strain from the jelqing. But do it very gently to see whether there is any pull on your operation scar. If there is then I would suggest leaving any heavy pulling and just do fairly light jelqs.

If there are any Doctors around who can give information perhaps they could give an opinion.

Petit

Thanks for the help petitfaun!

Yesterday was the first day for my newbie routine. I’ve used your procedure and I didn’t notice any strain around the area! Is that possible?

So I’ve done completely the newbie routine but, how much long I’ve to do this before increase/change the exercise? 2 week: 2day yes - 1day no - it’s enough?

Another question, I’m anxious just looking to my penis during the routine cos I notice the increment of size or some veins.

I notice strange veins under the gland too, maybe I’m only afraid and nothing wrong with that. But I think I will post some image to take some opinion.

Thanks,

While it is usual for some veins to show up after doing PE You must obviously take regard and monitor the veins. Unfortunaltely there is just about no information available post operative using ‘your’ procedure . So we have to take it purely on your current symptoms.

I would suggest you leave things for a day and see what happens to the veins you have found, . Normally they would disappear after a few hours. Just as an example yesterday I had a pumping session and there were some small veins showing that were not there when I started. So a quick look now…. They are all gone except a little part of the dorsal vein (on top of the penis) whish doesn’t normally show.) - Mind you I am much older than you so it could well be more difficult for me to show them.

So check on your own unit and see if they are still there or much reduced. And keep monitoring them. But as I say . They are things to be expected on a healthy penis.

I know how impatient you must be. But the Newbie routine can provide discernable gains over a month or two,. And bearing in mind you want to be careful and avoid injury - Patience must be your watchword.

Gains will come when they want to. So it is best to let them decide when they want to make an appearance. Rather than force them and run into trouble.

A picture would be very helpful at this stage and later so we can compare and see whatever trends are happening. And as Thunder often points out; using a ruler so you can measure any later gains is always useful.

I hope that helps, and do come back and let us know how you are getting on

Petit.

Hi Neurone, I’m from Italy too..

Talking about varicocele I had that too, if at least a month has passed since your surgery you should be fine about starting pe again. In April I will have to get surgery for idrocele (my doctor told me that after varicocele surgery about 10% of the people get idrocele, how lucky..), so these days I’m pretty much demotivated because I know in some days time I’ll have to stop pe for sometime.

buona fortuna

Neurone, benvenuto!
