I had a week when I took a few supplements, I finally experienced nice erections, not even great, just my normal size. I could feel this rush of blood coming from deeper in the pelvic floor, closer to the anus. As a result the penis filled up way better, and I must have been 0.3” of girth bigger, probably longer too.
It had happened before, but the 99% of the time , it does not, the shaft seems to fill up more “superficially”, there is no rush of blood coming from deeper, and it’s much smaller as well as less erect.

I have tried a bit of cialis and the experience was the same as if I had not taken anything.

I’m wondering if you guys have experienced this? Of course I’m pondering pelvic floor weakness, but also tightness.

If I could take a guess, I would say I was too excited when it filled up nicely , and the rush of blood came before my pf started to contract to have an erection. When the pelvic floor is too tight (and weak), the bloodflow is shut off before I reach full size.

I would be delighted to fix this.

Of course I also have these times when I fill up even less, and I’m sure most have experienced that, here I’m talking about decent hardness compared to fully expanded , from a way deeper source of bloodflow.

I will experience with reverse kegels, breathing and will work on kegels as wel. Hopefully there’s a way to be fully expanded everytime.

Im glad you brought this to attention , this has been happeneing to me for awhile somedays I have it filled up better then others but I never fill up the last .3ish girth .

I allways reach the length but never the girth I don’t know whats up I may add more reverse kegals aswell..

I would really like to experience a 100% erection again or atleast 95%.

Ive also tried Viagra and it got me an erection but my normal erections are better then Viagra erections, and my normal erections still arentfilling up 100% help me :)

Do you guys get back pain from Viagra the next day? Seems I’m the only one on the planet.

Polly well I’m sure more have experienced something similar, 0.3 in girth and better erections make a huge difference so it’s worth investigating.

Walter, I would argue pelvic floor tension. If you can achieve it sometimes and not others, I would believe the strength of the muscles is already there and kegels will only worsen it. I’ve found that I am a clencher. After about six months of forced relaxation of my pelvic floor, my dick is fuller and harder than it ever has been. I ceased kegels altogether unless I am pumping blood into my dick for PE. How is your glans? Do the cs and glans fill up when this isn’t going on?

I think even reverse kegels are pointless, but tension definitely plays a part. I wouldn’t say the glans don’t inflate at all (depends but quite often it doesn’t), but when the shaft fills up nicely there’s more of a push of blood deep in the cs.

I sit too much during the day. I need to stretch hamstrings, quads, calves, back etc..They’re all tight not to say very tight, I have focused too much on the back, but if the legs muscles are tight I need to relax and stretch the whole body.

I’ll do squats as well, that’s all I need as far as kegels are concerned.

That’s a great place to start. I’ve been focusing on relaxation for months now as I previously stated. It’s basically a reverse kegel. I hate the term so I call it forced relaxation. It’s been working very well. Keep us posted. I’m very intrigued. I passed this on to a few other guys and posted about it extensively in my progress report. Sta-kool specifically benefited from it after speaking to him. PE isn’t all about growth. It’s a total Penile health project. I’m glad to see this.

Cool, as I said the approach is quite different from focusing on reverse kegels, I suspect reverse kegels only routines have plenty of benefits for those who don’t have much tightness / strain / imbalances / misalignment in the back, pelvis, and legs (well, in the body) , or for those who work on edging and control. I’ll keep playing with reverse kegels when I edge, also breathing is important.

That’s why I call it that lol. I’ve been on PEgym and honestly I’m not that impressed with the amount of quality of info. It has it’s good posts and I for but it’s far less detailed than thunders, in my opinion.

Breathing and body positioning while learning will absolutely help you. I found that if I was kneeling when I first started experimenting it was easier. I’m sure that’s due to opening of the hip flexor and spreading the muscles out. Then I moved to sitting on the edge of a chair or sofa, standing and finally lying down. Now, I can make it happen in all positions. It’s still work but becoming more second nature. Just don’t give up.

I stopped kegaling and have just been doing reverse kegals . My erections are getting better but obviously im not filling the last .3-.5 girth yet .

I believe the problem began awhile ago when I was peing hardcore, and when my penis was fatiqued in order to achieve an erection id try to put my self on the edge just to send blood in my penis.

I got so use to doing this that my penis isn’t and hasn’t filled up naturally for sometime and when I masturbate it becomes and unconscious act that I feel like nutting before im even fully hard so when im masturbating it turns into and 80-85-90% the edging session .

I usually reach my length potential but then again if my glands actually filled up id be longer. Also for example if I am super super relaxed my penis fills up in a way that it reach’s about 50% of my length till full erection yet it has gotten so full that it would equate to almost the same as a full erection with 100% length .Id really like to see the gains ive made and get out of this habitual pattern of not filling up all the way , I would like to experience a rock hard full erection again being able to feel my penis from the base to the glands that feeling is amazing!! Lastly my erections vary with my girl aswell ,ive gotten close to max girth a few times out of various times even then id say I was still .2 atleast away from fullness .
