Female curiosity

Do you really want to talk about this? Okay. Yes, it feels like a chest spasm, but a natural and good chest spasm. Just like having a regular orgasm feels like a genital spasm. I’m sure some boys unaware about the birds and the bees initially feel there’s something wrong with their penises when they rub it and white stuff comes out.

I think it's the woman's job to tighten up to fit her man--it's lots easier for us.

Where’d you get that idea, from watching daddy brushing mom’s teeth? :)

Taped onto the dashboard of a car at a junkyard, I once found the following: "Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement." The car was crashed.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains

I squeezed it and it came out like toothpaste! I swear it was like a foot long tube of cum that came out!

Hi zaneblue.

You’ve obviously done your home work on the nutrients you take, but I want to run this by you anyway, and it concerns the high dopamine you mentioned. I’m aware you’re taking fish oil. I take many supplements for their health benefits, and fish oil is among them. I use to take 3000 mg/day of omega 3/omega 6, but I dropped back to 1000 mg/day because I was also taking odorless garlic tablets and vitamin e and discovered my blood was becoming too thin when a cut didn’t want to stop bleeding.

Getting to my point. How much fish oil are you taking? Even though it’s healthy for the arteries, I know you’re aware that it thins the blood. Since fish oil raises dopamine levels, and since you’re wondering if your heart orgasms are high dopamine related, is it because you’re taking too much fish oil? Besides the increased chance of stroke from blood becoming too thin, aren’t consistent high levels of dopamine harmful for the brain cells? Not comparing it to the street drug per se, but Oprah once did a show that showed brain x rays of teens on the drug ecstasy and there were numerous holes in the mass of their brains.

Maybe the high dopamine levels can help create the heart orgasms, but on the other hand maybe your heart is also reacting to too thin a blood composition?

You know much, and I’m impressed. Still though, I felt the need to inquire about this once it crossed my mind.

Well, the amount of omega-3 fatty acids I’m consuming are about the same as eating only fatty fish as one’s main protein source. Plenty of people in earlier times who spent their entire lives on such a diet—omega-3 fatty acids, unlike street drugs, are very beneficial for brain health. They actually help with depression, bipolar disorder, ADD, and even schizophrenia, a disease characterized by high dopamine. Go figure.

I’m not worried about that, although now I am suddenly worried about Parkinson’s because of the thread down in the Supplements section on this website. Will investigate more.

As for blood-thinning, yes it certain does thin the blood and should not be taken if a person is scheduled for surgery in particular. And it shouldn’t be mixed with other blood thinners. Do garlic and Vitamin E thin the blood? By the way, you probably shouldn’t be taking more than the RDA of Vitamin E; recent research has shown it’s unhealthy. Almost no one needs to take omega-6 fatty acids.

Actually according to my recommended dosages you were taking quite a small amount of omega-3 fatty acids—check the label of your product to see how much EPA and DHA comes per pill. I assume if you noticed obvious blood-thinning at such a low dose there was some sort of reaction going on with something else you were taking.

As for strokes, fish oil is good for stroke prevention.

The amount I recommend is similar to what Dr. Sears recommends in his book The OmegaRx Zone, so I think I’m on safe ground. The DHA is higher, because DHA in particular helps with libido, but the amounts are comparable.

zaneblue,

The vitamin e stuff is controversial. The same two guys from Hopkins University that have recently put down e also put down fish oil years back! Out of hundreds of studies, they like to hand pick a dozen, say looky here, and then the news broadcasters latch on. I can present more detail if you wish.

Yes, e and garlic do thin the blood. I only take e and garlic off and on, and could up my fish oil when not on them. Fish oil has been one of my regular supplements. Yes, fish oil is good for stroke prevention as it helps keep the arteries elastic, and helps prevent heart attacks because it helps prevent plaque buildup, and thin blood can be healthy for smooth flow. However, from blood becoming too thin a leakage can eventually occur somewhere. I don’t have a link to support the stroke part, it’s just something I’m aware of from reading.

Judging from my own blood clotting ability—if I get a cut it heals over in a regular way. And I’m taking massive amounts of fish oil. I suppose theoretically one could thin the blood, but I think it would take so much fish oil it would be hard to do. Of course everyone’s body is different. Obviously if you get a cut and the blood won’t stop flowing, that’s too much fish oil.

I think it's the woman's job to tighten up to fit her man--it's lots easier for us.

Hanging is done flaccid. Also, a guy would need to hang in the upper angles, above his LOT (loss of tugback), for the muscles to be able to retract the weight.

I’ve never tried a consistent routine of weighted kegels. Based on what you’re saying about resistance helping women, maybe I will if/when I hang again.

Pumping adds some resistance. I once spent some time (a few weeks of daily or every other day sessions) kegeling like a madman while in the tube. I’m not sure exactly why, but that really perked up the ease with which I got erections. For a while I had a difficult time avoiding unwanted ones. Felt like a teenager again. I don’t know if the effect would have persisted had I continued.

Welcome zaneblue, hope you find what your looking for in this site.

Kegels against tension are an important component of my training.
