Has this issue been discussed earlier? To be able to perform good, except all this penis enlargement stuff you will definitely have an advantage if you exercise the right muscle groups with static muscle training and others with aerobic strength etc..

I know there are a lot of different positions to perform an intercourse but for example the missionary, you on top I think these exercises would be great:

Static triceps: To be able keeping your body in the air and not smothering her. This is a very important exercise and I have trained it for a week or two and you develop your static strength pretty fast.

Aerobic sit-ups: This is the movement you are banging her with. More endurance will make you able to perform longer. Also doing fast sit-ups develop more explosive muscles. Making them stronger you will be able to success the final part of your intercourse.

Aerobic/static (lower back) Good Morning: Also this is needed to make you able pumping her.

When I talk aerobic I mean you to do many many many repetitions at low intensity. If you don’t really know much about weight lifting try to search around at this forum.

My purpose was to fill this thread with good exercises for different positions, or if you have more to add to what I read above thats just good..

Right, but we both like the missionary position :) . But I really see your point. Though, I guess she isn’t exercising her vagina, as I am to my dick. We have an obsession we guys in here and I know it all seems a (little) weird sometimes. :D

You know, call me crazy, but sometimes in missionary for an extended position my thighs start to quiver from exhaustion. Guess it’s the way I bring up to her ass. At any rate, this is when I know I am giving it my all.

I’m assuming that mrCow never meant to suggest doing exercises during sex. I read and re-read his post and the wording does leave it open to interpretation. I’m thinking he wants to discuss what exercises you can do, by yourself, that will assist sexual activity later.

Anyways, that’s what I’d like to learn about. I don’t work out as much as I like so my overall health, strength and endurance is OK but could be better. I do notice that after a sexual episode that is just slightly more intense and/or long I will be sore and stiff in certain areas the next day.

So what are static tricep exercises? What exercises will help BusterHymes’ thighs?

Hehe, English isn’t my native language, but no I did not mean to exercise during the intercourse… Sounds somewhat advanced :)

As I thought when I started this thread some guys already do exercise a lot and knows all this… And other guys who don’t, are not likely to understand the exercises…

What I meant is that a lot of guys do exercise in the gym to “get big” but those muscles aren’t as useful as the static and aerobic ones… I liked to spotlight these muscles as it´s only them you actually benefit during intercourse… I know myself (not overweight) pretty all-round good condition, though get exhausted far too often…

Static triceps exercise, yep, you do benefit a lot from it in missionary positions and similar when you are on top. I would say you benefit in more than half of all intercourse positions…

You know where your triceps are situated? On the opposite side of your bicep, above the forearm so to say on the backside. :)

Example of tricep static exercise: Do a push-up with hands as close together as you can… (the closer the heavier). And do the push-up half ways down, there you stop and just try to keep the position as long as possible.
