Hi, (don’t let the long post scare you off:) )
For some reason I can only get a 100% erection when im sat down, I cant remember the last time I got a 100% woody stood up. Even after I get to 100% sat down, then stand up, it drops down to a 70% erection in a matter of seconds.
Does this mean I have poor erection quality and does any one else have the same trouble?
I know that it could be down to previous PE experiences, using poor technique and maybe causing damage and causing loss of sensitivity, which is also another concern.
Having this problem makes me afraid to start PE’ing again, because I dont know if I will end up doing more damage?
I have been out of exercising for about 6 months and nothing has changed, but I have probably had sex/masturbated (masturbating everyday, and sometimes more than once a day) through most of the 6 months which probably did it no good.
I was thinking about having a break for a month without masturbating, unfortunately no sex aswel and just doing kegals and plenty of cardio(need to drop a fair few pounds) to see if this would help bring my sensitivity back and bring my standing erections upto 100% again.
I was thinking about supplementing these on this site http://www.naturesbest.co.uk/src/GO…-Inositol-P677/ do you think these might help with the nerves and sensitivity problems?
If you have any advice on supps, exercises, how you overcome something like this or anything which you think will help me, please share?
