Hi guys

I’ve had to stop my light PE routine, for last 3 weeks I was like - 3 routine per week - 5 min bathmate low intensity. About 60 intense jelqs and 5 minute bathmate. So it wasn’t really hard. (Just length gains)

But what is happening? Did you ever noticed ( I’m sure you did) that sometimes your dick is thicker when erected, it feels more fuller, your balls hangs more. But I haven’t got this state for almost two weeks! I just get erection, I’m super hard but not full as I used to. This made me stop my routine, because that state was the most important thing for good routine.

I’ve had a hard job in past (manual work 9 hours per day, then lifting weights and I was horny as shit, or at least get an erection really easy)
Now? I’m on college and I sleep for 6-8 hours ( which is more then it used to be) I’m studying architecture and I don’t have much time.

I will write down some point to compare

-I have to admit that when I started to eat healthy food, my horniness has disappear. I’ve stopped eating sugars which obviously has some influence on my nerve system, because when I get some coke and hamburger next day I have to masturbate 3 times in one hour..
So now I have to masturbate when I feel like shit because of my size loss.( feeling of full dick)

-Next thing which is different that I used to eat about 2600-3000 kcal per day ( I wanted to gain weight) I was about 68-69 kg - 150
Now I eat about 2000 max, but I’m not hungry I’ve lost my weight to 66 kg.

-I’m little stressed about the quantity of work I have to do, but not really I just work whole day so I have to manage my time better( which makes me feels better)

So in a nutshell I’ve stopped eating sugars, eat less, stopped manual work, being under pressure of school and I can’t get the right erection.
I’m going to try eat more, but I’m not sure what is happening.

What of these things has some influence on EQ and horniness? Thanks.

Definitely the stress (this also shows in the lack of appetite), the below maintenance calories and the lack of physical work.

Are you still able to work out? Because if you can this will help immensely with the stress reduction, it will keep you in the fight for survival mode rather than the stressed (catabolic) starvation mode that you are now in.

It’s actually good that you have cut the sugars, but now you have to replace those calories with protein and fats, try to eat your fats and protein together and your raw veggies separate, make eating a habit rather than when you feel like it.

“Are you still able to work out?” -I’m not sure if I get it right, I suppose you are talking about body workout. - I’m going to start again, I’m not exhausted or something, actually I’m brighter( because of lack of sugar and more healthier food) Maybe you are right about the stress. I hope workouts will help me,.

"Make eating a habit rather than when you feel like it” yes that’s my problem, actually after few days of not eating properly my body stop protesting against bad eating habits.( its hard for me to eat a lot of food to gain)

1. I’m 22, 180 cm, muscular body.

2. Vitamins, I eat a lot of bananas, sometimes apples and eat some vegetables. Then I sometimes use these tablets - throw them in glass full of water and let them melt down - ( I don’t know how they called in English) which is Vitamin C, Magnesium. Then I used to eat the healthy wholemeal bread with 80 % butter

3. I don’t have much time for right food preparation, but I used to track it
-In the morning I eat about 100 g of Corn flakes with milk, sometimes with banana and when I work out I also mixed up Aminostar actions whey gainer
-When I’m in the school I don’t eat too much, ( I don’t have the craving for it like the first two days when I was hungry - I was used to eat more before school started) I’m there for one and half weeks so I have lost my weight. Sometimes I buy some bananas, toasts with ham and cheese, 205g or go to school dining room, where you have to eat two portion to feel full.
I drink only water, coffee just 2 times maximum per week.
Then I start to feel hungry sometimes rush in shop and buy some peanut butter, which is energetically really nutritious or some bananas:D
Then I go home sometimes I eat some meat with potatoes but usually tried to avoid of combing proteins with starches.

As I look at my day, I’m on the border of starving if I want to exercise after school. I don’t usually hit the 2000 kcal per day,:(

Do this. One thing that I’ve found from having a predominantly low-carb lifestyle is EQ and overall horniness skyrocket.

Now you don’t, have time to do much meal preparation, the thing is it doesn’t take a lot of time if you go about it right, firstly you want to ditch the simple processed carbs, like cornflakes and bread they aren’t doing you any favours.

Next you’ll need a small soft sided cooler you can carry with you and some plastic containers to go in it (lot’s of them).

Cook some meat like, corned beef, or buy a couple of roast chickens, maybe do both, now portion up the meat into containers and freeze it (complete with some organic passata/tomato puree or some full fat mayo). There you go you have a set of lunch meats for the week. Buy some fresh veggies that you can eat raw Broccoli, Capsicum, Carrots, Zucchini, Snow Peas etc, etc. Then each day pull some veggies out of the fridge and some meat out of the freezer and you have a great meal or two for the day.

For breakfast do the same system cook up a half dozen sausages or meat patties from the butcher and put them in the fridge, in the time it takes to fry a couple of eggs in the morning you can microwave a sausage or two to go with it, and have a full stomach to start the day.

Buy some big bags of Peanuts, Walnuts and Almonds, throw a few handfuls into a container (or throw lots into a container) now you have multiple snacks to make it through the day.

Add a can of tuna to your bag for emergencies, hell add two and you are covered always.

Put some whey protein in a small container and carry a shaker bottle, you can mix it in water if you can’t find milk.

Now just start up the weight training again and eat lot’s, eat while you are walking back from the gym, eat between classes, just eat.

And that’s just a start you can improve on this once you get in the swing of things again, and you start motoring through life like a man on a mission.

Hey guys it has been a few days since we’ve talked and I have to say, it is working..
I’ve started to eat more, and I feel much better, I’m not that good in choosing the same food as you advice, but still, I´m eating a lot more.

I have more energy, I can lift more and most of all, my penis hangs more:D

I have started really easy PE routine form TheGreatDivider, which is ABA BAB.
So I will let you know how it is working, but I’ve lost the crazy attitude to see results in few day or weeks, so it will take some time to show up again and I hope it will change something.

Actually its better for me, I have a lot more time with this routine so I think it is going to work if nothing work to this day..
