I have heard of them being both good and bad for sexual abilities, I always blamed my reduced sexual ability partially to not being able to eat spicy foods for over a year, but now I am not so sure

What goes in your stomach, food wise, has no effect on your sexual performance.

Medicines, like Viagra, are different. But food. No.

Spicy foods are supposed to boost your metabolism a bit, just like walking 10 min after eating, or drinking lots of water, and other shit. I guess it can just be another variable to help improve your health and being healthy helps the penis. But it’s not something that would give you a hard on or anything. Also if you can’t eat spicy food don’t try to, unless you have a good magazine and like camping out on the toilet.
