I have a question.
I know the stop and go method, or edging, is supposed to help with PrE.
My question is this.
When using this method by yourself at first, or even with a partner, are you focusing on ejaculating as fast as possible, and stopping, to get as many ‘cycles’ in as you can, or are you trying not to ejaculate, to prolong it as long as possible.
I mean one could watch porn or something and reach climax in 30 seconds, or one could just sit there, nice and easy and last several minutes.

Now I understand you probably want to prolong as long as possible, but if you sit and do nothing, when it comes time for the real thing you won’t be able to handle the sensation and won’t last long. But on the other hand is it beneficial to really focus on ejaculating and reach climax in 30 seconds, stop, another 30 seconds, stop, etc.
