Gay men who use their hole get a lot of prostate massage. It does produce more juice.

To some extent, edging worries me because of all the stuff on the web that says you should ejaculate at least four times a week to reduce the chances of prostate cancer. I’ve now given edging a go and, wow, do I like what it does to my libido? Further, the evidence from this site is to avoid ejaculation as far as possible, even to the extent of only cumming once a month.
If I could edge and get rid of prostate fluids through prostate massage without compromising the reason we edge, would that help me to kill two birds with one stone? Any ideas? Any one got any experience here? I guess the bottom line is, do you lose a certain amount of libido through a prostate massage or does it just empty the sac?

I really don’t think there are good reasons to do that. In the late 1800s the medical profession thought ejaculating drained you of “life force.” They had no evidence for that view.
I recently purchased a prostate massager. I occasionally insert it up through my anus using kegels to have it well positioned against my prostate. While having sex with my wife, kegels seem to stimulate my prostate and improve my erection and EQ.
