I used to. I mentioned DeltaFosB because Marinera asked for my source in post #28.

I can’t even understand what there is to recover from an ejaculation. 8 weeks? Not even if you had ejaculated blood.

I think he’s saying that he might be addicted to jerking off. And he is worried about the repercussions of taking a break from ogasms. Recovering from the addiction, not the ejaculation.

What constitutes addiction anyway in this sense. I jerk off or have sex all the time, is that addiction? Is orgasming six times a day addiction? I just don’t know.

I used to ejaculate often. At one point it was an addiction since I felt bad after not being able to control myself; it’s not anymore considering I can stop whenever I want(haven’t ejaculated in over two months). Again, currently I’m doing it for PE.

Fascinating discussion guys. While I’m not willing to go more than a couple of days without ejaculating, it has made me rethink my workout.

I ejaculate regularly too. Sometimes super regularly. But never blood. ;) And I don’t think my gains have been negatively impacted. I guess I mean that my gains are coming fast enough that even if I would gain a little faster by not ejaculating it really isn’t worth it to me.

Yes, but even if it just means a bit more gains for me it’s worth it.

Can’t argue with that. That’s how I feel about using an ADS, it might mean a little bit extra, it might not, but it won’t hurt. And if you can go months at a time without jerking off, then that isn’t hurting anything either. And you are incredibly disciplined.
