I actually think I have an inflamed one right now. It looks like an ingrown hair but it isn’t painful, and it seems to be slowly getting better after leaving my dick alone, except for piss pulls. I was just going light on my PE routine before and it wasn’t getting better, nor worse. So I’m going to lay off PE and wanking for a week, and see what it looks like.

Also to stay relevant to the topic, I have a bunch of them on the upper part of my sack.

I’m always shaved and don’t use underwear. Don’t have that shit.

I have the same thing right now. I guess I’ll leave it alone and just do stretching. Darn I was so looking forward to my clamping this week!
