I’ve been practicing these techniques with some diligence lately, and while I am much more “in-tune” and “aware” of the reflex BC contractions and the like, I still have difficulty overriding / relaxing the BC involuntary contractions with a partner!

I’m wondering if Cheeva could say more about how to integrate these practices with a partner. Truthfully, I’ve been hesitant to mention what I’m doing when I’m with my girlfriend, because I don’t want things to be mechanical, with the focus on my practice…I was kind of hoping to get a good level of mastery solo, and then bring that to our sex life.

Also, I was hoping Cheeva could expand on the “Super Pulling Kegel” and why it is so important in mastering ejaculation? I’ve tried to read all Cheeva’s posts, and I *think* I have the right idea for what it is (a hard kegel, with the emphasis being on the anal sphincter), but I’d appreciate if he could say more about it, how to use it, when, and why?

I’ll keep on practicing and learning on my own!

P.S. Cheeva, do you have any experience with Jack Johnstons “Key Sound Multiple Orgasm”, or “KSMO”? His “key sound” or “roar” sounds pretty “out there”, but I think we are all fairly open minded if we are on a forum such as this!

Over time I think I’ve covered them all, and the funny thing is that I would wonder why it would take so long to get off, when what I was really doing was putting my PONR off for hours. Not sure which to focus on but I’ll start with the basic one outlined in this thread.

I must have missed the comment that explained it step by step to have better control.

My story is that I have venous leakage, had a cavernosogram where they did vein embolisation which appears to have failed after a few times, so I’m back to Viagra. I also have premature ejaculation where I’ll come within 20 seconds to 1 minute.

I’m too scared to perform jelking and the like in fear that I’ll make my condition worse so which exercise would benefit me the most for erection strength and premature ejaculation control.
