Cum soft and BCPC muscle spasm

Can anyone else cum soft? I’ve noticed if I keep pulsing that BC/PC muscle whatever it is, I come really soon, even without achieving an erection! Has anyone else experienced this?? Sometimes I don’t even intentionally pulse, just subconcious, I have to stop that.
