Cranberry Juice Helps Erections

I remember about 2 months ago when I was still in college I was having sex on the weekends with this girl. I was using pills for most of the time then when I ran out, I ordered some L-citrulline malate. I thought this would at least help my erection but it didn’t work like some people said it would. But at the same time instead of drinking sweet tea with my meals in college I would drink cranberry juice because I knew that cranberry juice was healthy even though it was sweet. I had good sex for two weeks without taking pills. All I did was drink cranberry juice with my meals. I had about 4 glasses a day because I was in college. I thought maybe it’s just my erections returning like they used to with all the kegels I was doing which I did throughout all this. So I switched back to the sweet tea during meals and I struggled to maintain an erection during our sex once again. Now that I’ve noticed this I am going to make cranberry juice my primary drink because it really did help. I would imagine pomegranate juice would be better but it’s way overpriced. Just wanted to share my experience with those having the same troubles.

No problem. I don’t exactly remember how long it took to notice a difference in my erection from the cranberry juice but I can say within a weeks time there will be a difference.

I was too lazy to leave links to studies. lol But all of the sites that I visited said those same things that your links are saying about the benefits of cranberry juice which is why I tried it in the first place and I’m glad it worked. Can’t believe a juice that tastes so good can have so many benefits!

I’m looking at a bottle of ‘cranberry juice’ right now, and here are the top ingredients:

- filtered water

- cane or beet sugar

- apple juice from concentrate

Actual cranberry juice shows up #4 on the list of ingredients.

You might want to buy cranberry juice which has, well, cranberry juice in it. :)

lol Good point Lampwick. That’s another thing I wondered. What ingredients would suggest that it’s the top quality cranberry juice and not something that’s called cranberry juice mixed with other things that shouldn’t be there?

Look at the ingredients list, right on the label. The ingredients are listed in the order of most to least. Look for cranberry juice that actually lists cranberry juice higher in the ingredients list.

It really doesn’t surprise me that this tart super food juice has pe benefits. I believe it is because of its tart properties and amount of vitamin c that you noticed these effects, and it is because of these properties that cranberries are used to cleanse the urinary track and kidneys.

There is also a Teflon property in cranberries that keeps plaque from sticking to teeth, but this has yet to be extracted from the enamel destroying acids and sugars.

No problem. I am going to take two weeks and experiment with green tea 4+ cups a day and see the effect. I don’t have the money to stock up on cranberry juice until I get my next paycheck. I hope for the same results or better though because green tea is cheaper and that’s all I have to work with at the moment.

Green tea has marvelous general health effects but it has a somewhat minor side effect,that being, the production of SHBC which is a known testerone blocker.

As to use of cranberry juice , you should definitely use pure , unsweetened cranberry juice which is rather expensive ($4.00-$6.00 depending on brand and store), but you can dilute it to 1 pt. cran. to 2 pts. water to take the place of the sweetening juices, and thus close in on the economics.

Postsript:

You can also use unsweetened cranberry juice as a additive for your powdered AAKG—about two ounces per teaspoon of powder. Kills the nasty taste and goes down well.

I can tell you from first-hand experience that many, many pesticides are used on cranberries. If I was going to be drinking large quantities of it, I’d make sure it’s organic.
