Green tea has marvelous general health effects but it has a somewhat minor side effect,that being, the production of SHBC which is a known testerone blocker.
As to use of cranberry juice , you should definitely use pure , unsweetened cranberry juice which is rather expensive ($4.00-$6.00 depending on brand and store), but you can dilute it to 1 pt. cran. to 2 pts. water to take the place of the sweetening juices, and thus close in on the economics.
Does diluting it take any of the benefits away from it? Like instead of drinking 1 glass from the original bottle would you have to drink two glasses from the diluted version to get the same amount of nutrients?

I also been wanting to experiment with lemon water becasue from my few days of researching lemons are just as beneficial as cranberries and they do some of the same things to your body which includes cleaning out your clogged arteries. I just have to go to the store one day and check out the prices of lemons. It’s too hard to find the prices on the internet.
