Cracks and Fissures in penis glans.

I know I have heard of this before but could not find any good information. Wondering if anyone else has this same issue. My glans are sort of rough in texture and there are cracks and fissures in them. Literally little cracks. They do not hurt, it is just weird. Is this from being circumcised?

I’m uncut and I get these tiny “cracks” sometimes too. They’re just not permanent. I don’t know, but it seems logical to me that cut people would get these more pronounced etc since the head doesn’t get that slight “moisturizing” from the foreskin..

My glans has these “cracks” as well and I am uncut. I have tried moisturizers and exfoliation to no avail.

I’m uncut and I also have them, maybe because I don’t have much foreskin and when flaccid my glans is covered only 50-75% most of the time. I think it’s normal, it doesn’t bother me.

Probably. Search for keratinization.

Are you talking about horizontal or vertical cracks?

I have both horizontal and vertical cracks - dozens and dozens of them through PE. Looks awful.
