Color of your cum???

Color of your cum???

Kind of random but yet something I was unsure of. Now we all grow up learning that cum is considered white. Well we really we know its not just white, its more so clear and transparent.

I have noticed that my cum has been clear but with a shade of yellow in it it. Its definetly not white, nor yellow either. Its like a tan almost. I was wondering is this normal?

What color is your cum, and if it is suppose to actually be clear and white, what can I do to get mine that color?

I guess I never really was told what is the correct color of cum, or is there one?

It’s hard to describe isn’t it. Mine is creamy with a slight yellow tinge through it. It sounds like yours is perfectly normal.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

There’s no absolute “normal” or color it’s ‘sposed to be. I’ve noticed that it can be vary over months - shades of off-white (yellowish, tannish), to white. I wonder if that isn’t a dietary thing. What do you guys think?

Read the “Ejaculation” article pasted to the top of this forum. Some days you may produce more prostatic fluid, or more seminal vessel fluid, or an unusually heavy load of sperm, although the latter only accounts for about 5 % of volume.

The only time to be concerned is if you experience noticeable darkening into brown which may indicate the presence of blood products and a possible prostate or other infection. A greenish discharge often indicates an STD or a unrinary tract infection.

I’ve been doing quite a lot of experimenting trying to increase ejaculate volume over the past six months.
I’ll tell you why…

All my life (I’m 38) I noticed, right after I ejaculated, I was almost always very, very tired
immediately after, and for the next few days.

Along with this I take a multivitamin tab, 1mg. Folic Acid tab and a vitamin B1 tab.

Right now I’m evaluating whether or not to include daily,
Puritan’s Pride 500mg. L-Carnitine tabs and GNC’s Ginko Biloba 60mg. caps.

What I’ve found to have no effect on volume but definitely an effect on testosterone (which I have no interest in increasing) was Tribulus Terrestris, large doses of L-arginine, Pygeum bark, Muira-Pauma and Catuaba.

What has been most surprising to me was the difference in volume with the calcium pills,
wasn’t really expecting that or taking it for that, for that matter, but there’s a big difference with and without.

On color, my cum is very white now, according to my g/f,
very tasty (she can’t get enough) (will definitely start using pineapple juice as well, thanks PirateSteve)

I have noticed in the past, back in the day, 80’s to be more specific,
when I was prone to experiment with let us say, different kinds of “supplements”:D
my cum took on a yellow color, I would notice this especially when I was at the end of a particular “supplement” binge and knew I was quite depleted physically.

As an interesting side note, I have not seen once any coagulation in my ejaculate, which used to be the norm for me and which it seems most in the medical community feel is normal. I have to wonder now if it is so healthy, since with the addition of these supplements, it is no longer present.

If I find anything else to be of help, I of course, will let you all know.

Was it also to increase load?

I imagine it should help, but I don’t think it could ever help me out

I found that just 3 grams of Maca and 3 grams of L-a about doubled my volume. The L-a did not kick in until about 2 weeks after starting daily doses, but the Maca seems to me to work quickly, at least in erectile response. (Maca doesn’t work for everybody, btw, so don’t, everybody, think this is a wonder herbal.)

The coagulate factor (lumpy, ropey) may be a result of holding off many days between ejaculations. Prostate fluids continue to build up and with nowhere to go that fluid portion becomes thicker.

T’s notion of more water is in fact a key to greater ejaculate volume. You don’t have to drink yourself silly. Just stay well-hydrated. I understand the chemisty of that part, but I don’t understand yet why flaccid hang would be heavier also, but it is if you stay hydrated.

That’s exactly what I’ve been up to for the last 6months.
Methodically adding/eliminating things which either increased volume or didn’t.
The only things I would/could eliminate from that list as far as volume is concerned is the Yohimbe,
the Triple Ginseng, the multivitamin, Folic Acid and vitamin B1.
I believe they contribute only to better wood, an increase in libido, and quicker recovery time.
That would leave only six things to take, and they have increased volume tremendously in me,
difference of night and day, those six don’t seem to do near as good a job as when taken separately though.

I cannot take large doses of L-Arginine it seems, without my hair falling out, while I was also taking it with, Muira-Puama, Catuaba, Tribulus Terrestris, L-Carnitine, Pygeum and a maximum anti-oxidant formula from Puritan’s Pride.
I eliminated all of these and then took the large doses of L-Arginine and my hair began to fall out again.

When my hair started coming out in no small amounts, I quickly re-researched all the things I was taking
to zero in on which ones were most responsible for increasing testosterone, then eliminated them.
It worked, my hair stopped coming out.
Every time I tried to reintroduce any one of them into back into my regimen, you guessed it,
hair falling out again.
Now, I’m just going to stick to that list and as I said, try only adding Ginko Biloba, (may or may not, I could swear it has the opposite of it’s intended effect and in fact makes my memory poorer, but it does help with wood) and the L-Carnitine, the last of those eliminated I have yet to try and reintroduce.

As I’ve never tried to conscientiously increase my water intake, except maybe during heat waves,
I am now very curious to see if it can increase volume even more.

All I know is I cum like a porn star when I take those six together.
My balls actually began to ache on more than one occasion after only two days days without ejaculating.

So, you take three grams of Maca, mmmmmmmm have to increase my intake a gram,
expensive stuff though, have to see if it’s worth it.
Now that I’ve got this far, I want to actually deplete myself completely,
go three days, while taking the supplements in my list and measure ejaculate in a Toomey syringe.
This will give me a base idea of exactly what these can do in these doses, then I’ll keep repeating this while taking different doses of five of those in the list, and see if there’s a difference.
Once I start doing this though, to be really scientific, I’ll have to keep close track of water and food intake daily, for it to be as objective as possible.

I’ve also noticed that my cum goes off-color if I’m not properly hydrated. It’s always white if I’m hydrated. Any color seems to indicate the state of dehydration I’m in.

I’m sure there are certain foods, etc., that could influence this, but for myself, that’s what I’ve found as a general rule of thumb.
