cold penis head

Hello all.Ive finnaly decided to post about a problem im having.It has to deal with the head of my penis always being cold.Ive been pe’ing over 3 months now and do kegels regulary.I know that it is that time of year to be cold down there but it has always been like this(ive gotten comments from women about it )now youd figure that with my penis being more fit than ever this would not be a problem..but it is.Ive always had nuances with my penis head as my older posts will show. The only thing i can think of is that its because i wear boxers but that dosent seem like it would be the case.Any help on the matter would be appreciated.Btw it gets so cold it hurts sometimes when its really cold out : (

You could be having peripheral vaso spasms from the cold. do your fingers do the same thing? smoking and stimulants (decongestants) make this worse.

I do smoke and i get cold very quicklly every where else.And i use VASOline lol (sorry had to do it)
