Starch has a point about the chemicals in chicken. Anytime my aunt introduces chicken into her diet she tends to bleed more often on her cycle, and I myself I find when I eliminate chicken from my diet I feel great but when I introduce it back into my diet, I sometimes get aches and pains all over. I am not crazy I know a lot of people who gave up chicken for the same reason.
