Blood in sperm

Yesterday my right ball was felling pretty tender and I felt a small bump on it which was rather uncomfortable to almost a bit painful. When I pressed on it I felt a little nauseous. I hadn’t had an ejaculation for about 4 days and thought it could be some build up and so I decided to masturbate, which I don’t really enjoy doing myself. I noticed some blood in the ejaculate and I put a little bit of tissue over the glans and tucked it into the foreskin so there wouldn’t be any leaking into my briefs. Later when I went for a pee, I noticed the tissue was pink. This has bothered me a lot since yesterday. Can anyone identify with this and suggest anything.

Was it in the sperm only or in the urine too?

I haven’t noticed it in the urine.

Between the bump on your testicle and the blood, you should definitely get checked out by a doctor preferably a urologist.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Hi gprent, thanks for the advise. I had some discomfort and a similar bump in the same place approx. 2 years ago. I went to see a urologist and after he had administered an unpleasant inspection which created additional pain he declared there was nothing to worry about. I had a vasectomy several years ago and I had severe problems afterwards. After five operations and 4 urologists it resulted in a reversal in one side. All these years I’ve been fine and suddenly the episode 2 years ago and now again. I’m so shit scared of doctors and urologists.

Well, your are not alone with the doctor fear, but the possibility of testicle cancer is nothing to procrastinate about. My brother in law had it many years ago and although he lost a testicle, he still father 2 kids and has been cancer free since.

Yeah I’m shit scared of testicle cancer and that’s why I consulted with the urologist 2 years back. I don’t need more kids anyhow as after they reversed the vasectomy I fathered 6 more of the little buggers. The testicle hasn’t been painful today but the lump is still there. I’m too scared to wank off again to check for more blood. Could you ask your brother in law if he noticed blood before they discovered the cancer or at least what his symptoms were. Thanks so much gprent.

My brother in law is just a sampling of one. Here is a sampling of thousands, plus a lot more info:

Appreciate. will check it out now.

Isn’t it a simple blood test to rule out cancer? Its probably nothing but definitely get some tests done. From what I understand about cancer, if it is a hard lump, you probably got cancer, but if it gives a little it could be just an infection or something. I lift weights so I have heard about people who don’t pee before heavy lifting or straining and it causing urine to leak into the testicle. This in turn causes a nasty bacterial infection.

My step-brother had identical symptoms as Lance Armstrong. Even saw the same doctor who treated Lance. I hope for you it isn’t cancer, and it probably isn’t, but it is very treatable and you need to get it ruled out.

Best of luck.

Thanks buulet (Dr House) I love the interaction and support one gets on Thunder. It’s amazing.

No pain in right ball today but still pretty sensitive.

Could be a cyst. Considering it could be a cyst or a burst blood vessel. Don’t start freaking out yet.
